I recently had an HVAC installed by Greens Energy Service on 4/5/24. The agent ******************* show me the different quote proposals, I choice the ****** Heat Pump and ****** Air Handler. Two days after installation I noticed the Air Handler says "*****." Monday I email Greens Energy, 2 days later ************** returned my call. He tried to convince me how great a ***** was. I reminded him that is not what was on the proposal or what I Paid For In Full! He said if I only wanted the label name "******" he could have the guys put a ****** label on it, that it was an easy change. I had contact ****** Manufacture and they had explained all were from "Carrier," Carrier the most expensive, than ****** and ***** being the least economical, though if I purchased a ****** than a ****** should have been deliver to me! I mention this to **************, he apologized, tried to blame his technicians for the mix match, He said he'd contact the manufactures to see how this happen an would call me back as he wanted to do right and keep me as a customer. Since he has not responded to my calls or emails as to what is the delay. I am concern how this will effect my warranty and final inspection that have not been done.Another issue was a service I was quoted on could not be done. The sales agent was contacted but said he could only take out $100. I thought it wrong but he went on that he didn't have the means to know how much each item cost. Someone had to have this itemized it and come up with $9,786. CONSUMER- Always request an itemized receipt of all being charge for, work included or Don't Accept. It disappoints me as I would have love to continue using this company because the techs and ladies at the office have been very kind and professional. My quarrel is not with them. If Greens Energy Services ratings go down it is on ************** and those like him quick to take advantage of consumers. DO NOT USE THS COMPANY. We bought a brand new commercial unit from Greens, spent well over 10K in addition to paying for numerous service calls and we have had nothing but trouble due to poor installation. Approximately every 2 months the system has gone down for one reason or another. My business cannot operate if the a/c is down, and this company has cost me thousands of dollars in cancelled appointments. Instead of standing by their work or trying to help a small business owner in desperate times they give me false time windows, send out techs with improper equipment ( a 12 ft ladder is needed to access the inside unit) and then gaslight me when I call to check up on the techs. Last night the 24 hour emergency dispatch told me they would be here between 8am and 9am, then this morning when I called they tell me it will be between 11am and 1pm. I would have made back up plans and other arrangements with other companies had I known this. I spoke with "Bill" and not sure if he is the manager or owner but I have never been treated with more disrespect in my life. He told me that since I didn't have a service plan with the company anymore we don't get priority scheduling. I've paid almost $15,000 to this company over the years and the reason I don't have a continuing service plan with them is that they could never seem to come out when we needed them and always had a million excuses. Bill claims that dispatch did not tell me they would be here between 8am and 9am and that they record the calls. Bill, I challenge you to play me that recording because they did indeed promise me that time frame. As a business owner myself I never write bad reviews or try to harm another businesses' reputation but in this case I'm looking into a lawsuit, alerting the Better Business Bureau and I'm also trying to warn others looking for a reliable commercial A/C company with integrity. Initial Installation Issue: Shortly after the installation of your air conditioning system in September 2020, we identified a factory defect. We addressed this promptly and bore all associated costs, which is indicative of our dedication to client satisfaction. Maintenance Concerns: It's essential to clarify that the majority of the service calls post-installation were not due to our equipment or installation but rather a result of inadequate maintenance on your end. The adhesives integral to your operations are known to clog A/C filters, which causes the system to freeze up. We have consistently highlighted the importance of regular maintenance, yet, regrettably, our recommendations were not heeded. Service and Scheduling: We try our best to cater to all our clients’ needs promptly. However, there are constraints to our capacity. On September 14, 2023, you reached out to our after-hours emergency service. While our representative did indicate the possibility of a morning service the next day, it was contingent upon the availability of our technicians. As it transpired, our previously scheduled commitments on the morning of the 15th meant we couldn't prioritize your request immediately. We intended to address your concerns at the earliest possible slot, balancing our commitment to all clients. Engagement with Another Service Provider: It raises questions when you, being registered with another maintenance provider, sought our emergency services but later expressed dissatisfaction with our timing and services. Given the circumstances, we sincerely believe that our services might not align perfectly with your expectations. While it's never our preference to part ways, considering the situation, it may be best for both parties. We genuinely hope your A/C issues are resolved promptly and wish you continued success in your business.
