Coopers Hawk, 8005 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819 Date: April 24th, 2022 913pm-1050pm: the server, bartender and the female manager of this shift Check Number 5492 My family and I went to dinner at the above location and had a horrible experience. The staff was unprofessional and profane with my family. The bartender (who was not associated with my table directly) referred to my mother as a "**************." The manager encouraged the staff to be insulting and participated in the insults as well. We were threatened and disrespected all evening by this staff. I reached out to the area director and general manager of this location and have not received a response. If the issue was between a guest and my family, that would be one thing. But with the manager setting the tone of the shift from the beginning and allowing her staff to be apart of the berating, that was outrageous. I paid my check and left. I also called the police and filed a report for the harassment we received in this establishment. The case number is ********** and it is logged with Deputy C******* of the Orange County Sheriff's Office. This was an absolutely horrible experience and some sort of resolution between this business and my family needs to be made. There is no way any business trying to bounce back after COVID would disrespect any amount of money coming in the door. It is a manager's job to protect all of the guests and in this situation I was absolutely disrespected. I look forward to speaking with someone.
