On July 21, 2024 I attended the the theme park with a close friend of mine who had brought me for my birthday to spend some time with them before the end of the night. We got on a ride called Galaxy Spin at the Funspot in Kissimmee, Florida in which we had a horrific experience. As we were riding the ride on cart #5, me and my friend were sitting next to one another with them on the far left and me on the seat second from left when the security bar/safety restraint disengaged while the car was making its way to the first drop after climbing up to the top of the rides initial hill. When I felt a loss of pressure from my lap I looked down to see the bar lifting up off of me and immediately yelled to my friend "the bar just unlocked!" and without thinking we both began to put pressure on the bar holding it down as I locked my arm in between my own bar and the unoccupied seat next to my owns bar to keep it down through the remainder of the ride as we were both screaming. When the ride stopped I let go of the bar and jumped off to tell the ride attendant what had just happened. The attendant looked frightened by the incident and asked what car it was if I remembered the number in which I replied 5. He shook his head and apologized deeply for what had happened and resumed to tell me that the company had been informed of a cars safety mech not locking properly or remaining locked during operation as I wasn't the first one that has noticed this and the the park had disregarded the complaints made by employees and continued operation. He then told me that there was an incident where a child was thrown out of the car during one of the rides and that it was on the news. He also claimed that the park was in talks of replacing the ride but they had not released information on what it was yet. He told me that he would be notating it down on a log that the incident had happened and thanked me for verifying that there in fact was a problem with the ride. I need contact by corp!

I purchased a birthday package for my daughter her birthday was 5/25/2024 I paid ****** and had to purchase and additional arm band for a child that was 1 years old. I asked the young ladies at the birthday stand I should have 8 armbands she stated yes and they would distrubite them to the kids as they come. At around 3:50 pm I saw one of my guest standing at the booth. I began to walk over to the counter, ' she stated she was being asked to pay. I stated to the young lady ******** I should have 4 arm bands left she stated your guest has them I advised her I only have 4 children up there and I should have 4 armbands left. So I went back up to the place where they have the birthdays and counted the arm bands, they hand given the armbands to some of the adults so me and the adults went back to the booth. Then we was given a harder time/I requested repeatedly to speak with a manager and no one was called. The lady name ******** jumps in front of the other girl in the booth and starts speaking to me very disrespectful stated she was 25 and she aint the one etc. I advised her that I was 52 years old and i would not be disrespected by someone who could be my child. she proceeded ro come out the booth cursing swinging her arms etc. My daughters birthday was ruined. the manager ************************* came to me and tried to assist by then I was already upset and the party ruined for my daughter. I would like a full refund of the money I paid due to the disrespect that was shown and the rudness of all the employees. I was given the Managers name *********************. I will reach out to him as well. This is unacceptable the location *******************************************************. If I was an unprofessional person I would have knocked that little girl down, by the disrespect she showed me and my guess. She should be fired.
