            I wanted to book a party. Spoke with the ** through WhatsApp and was told the package offered is not what is really offered and hasnt been updated online. I sent an image of the brochure which was the exact same as online and was told it was incorrect. *******, the **, continuously tried to upsell me instead of trying to give me the package advertised and was extremely rude. They are false advertising and focused on upselling instead of providing good customer service and honoring what they advertise.

            Terrible customer service. The manager, *************************, is unprofessional and ignorant. Prices are whatever he decides and party packages changed depending on the day. The manager most know the owners and have some sort of relationship for them to risk their reputation due to him.
