I have attempted three years in a row as a season pass holder the highest pass available and Ive been attempted to get onto the universal Mardi Gras floats and every day that I apply there are no seats available immediately the first day they are available to the public theyre always sold out theyre supposed to be free passes to season passholders Three years in a row my son and I have been trying to get them literally on the morning they are offered but it seems that if you buy a purchased package including a meal you can get on the floats but it seems a free ones vanish right away but they have plenty of the ones you can purchase, so why do they even say these are available free to passholders when youre gonna hold out and hold them for SALE youre not going to give them out free. This is three years in a row when I complain to the Better Business Bureau once I got an email back from Universal guest services. They wanted to discuss my concerns. They asked me for a date and time they could call me back so we could talk about it. that was supposed to be Sunday they never called I replied back again and asked for Monday that also was no go now todays Tuesday still no call Ive left messages repeatedly on the guest service agents, phone mail no reply obviously they dont seem to care about customer relations. Im very disappointed. After all the money I spent on two top-tier season passes for three years so far for my son and I . Maybe Disneys gonna be my next investment for next year and Ill give them a chance to see how they do but this is very disappointing. My son and I have been coming to Universal Studios even when I lived in ******** for almost 20 years now that I live here, I cant get any of the benefits that they promised to season passholdersUniversal Orlando Response

I just had to leave the park before even entering. Stood in line for an hour in the heat trying to get in. I have MS and there was no shade nor a place to sit. I sent my family in without me. Very disappointing for me.Universal Orlando Response

We booked a hotel for one night, three adults. The payment method did not go through due to a billing error, and then we got an email this morning that our reservation was cancelled. We called to ask why our reservation was cancelled, and we were told they tried several times to charge the card and were unsuccessful. We said we were never notified there was an issue, because if we knew we would have just provided a different payment method. They told us that they aren't required to notify anyone of unsuccessful payment or billing errors. We lost our reservation now and the only option was to book a room at a higher rate. Poor customer service. We are annual pass holders and this is extremely disappointing. Now we are scrambling trying to find a hotel for Halloween Horror Nights.Universal Orlando Response

My brand new 300 pound wheelchair broke in the park yesterday. I was forced to drag it out of the park from Harry Potter world. Literally, forced to slide on the ground on my butt, and pull my wheelchair, physically out of the park. Then, I used my Original ECV scooter to try to take my 7 yr. back to the park for her birthday to be told to park it in the stroller parking and the girl stood across the walking path with the wheel chair and watched my crawl to her. Just so I could take my baby on a ride. Then, I fell trying to get in the ride. Then I went to first aid for bandaids and ice from the fall, in the guest services office. I spent another spell trying to get the, NOT ADA COMPLIANT first aid door open for a very long time. With no help from guest services PEEPS. Needless to say, my first time in the park, will be my last. Broken veteran with two very disappointed children. 1 star because people with significant physical disabilities, UNIVERSAL STUDIOS ORLANDO IS NOT SAFE!!Universal Orlando Response

The solution was to give me my tickets back and not make any difference in my complaint. There is still no service to help people if their wheelchairs die in the back of the park, and if they are disabled or not, they are responsible for pushing it out. Not to mention there was no compensation for the humiliation I felt from being forced to crawl a crossed a crowd of people to get my seven year old on a ride. As the worker stood on the other side of the path holding the wheelchair. The only reason I kept falling that day is because I was forced to push my wheelchair out the night before. Now my left hip is broken and I need to knee surgeries.Review from Samantha S

If your personal wheelchair dies in the park. No matter the handicap, you are responsible for getting that chair out, no matter if you have help or disabled. I had to drag my wheelchair with my butt on the ground out of the park last night from Harry Potter world. The park has no solution for this other than, ditch your $3 k chair and pay $65 more dollars for their ecv which is not a wheelchair and limits accessibility to the rides. Or you can rent a manual wheelchair and try to push yourself around if you’re physically able. Good luck getting up from handmaid station. They have no staff there to help with that hill. They get a one star rating for less than minimum ADA compliance.Universal Orlando Response

On Sunday, December 4th we went to Universal. One guard told me that I could not have 2 service dogs. I said I am allowed to have a tandem team. The one guard asked if he could inspect my cart, I told him sure, go ahead. As he comes to the cart, he gets in my dog's space, I am not sure if he stepped on her paw or tail or she just got startled, but she jumped up and then jumped into her cart. I was told to wait there, there was a whole team of guards surroundingvme , trying to intimidate me. The supervisor came out, & informed me that I would not be allowed entry to the park because the dog jumped and then went into the cart and because that was an "unexpected behavior" we would not be allowed entry. According to the ADA "A person with a disability cannot be asked to remove his service animal from the premises UNLESS: (1) the dog is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control it or (2) the dog is not housebroken." This is taken directly from the ADA website. When I tried explaining this, he would not listen and told us to leave. I feel my rights were being completely trampled on, and felt like the guards were trying to intimidate me. I called & filed a complaint on Monday, December 5th. I told the girl that took my complaint, that I was fearful of retaliation. She stated that was against their policy and they would not retaliate. On December 7th, my family & I attempted to go to the parks once again. As I was walking up to security, they were watching me & again had over 6 guards there waiting for me. Once I was through the gates, i was informed that I was trespassed & that I was not welcome to come back to the parks. I feel like I was strip searched in public by the way I was treated. I wish to have my passes restored, or I would want a full refund of mine and my family's annual passes. Guest Services stated that once I was trespassed, they cancel all of our passes and we are out the $1,800 it cost for our passes.Review from Angela B

First of all I use a walking cane and there was no where to sit. The seating at universal is unacceptable. There were so many patrons at universal Orlando that the cars were parked in the fire lanes, the rides were three hours long. There's no way that many people should have been allowed in the park. The staff was overwhelmed by so many people and the lines to the bathrooms were ridiculously long...the bathrooms were nasty and the toilets wouldn't flush..I know for a fact this was a safety hazard ..I explain everything to my husband who is a safety manager.. I will not be attending universal Orlando no time soon.Review from Donna B

Worst money I have ever spent for a family trip. Fast pass costs are ridiculous!! So we had to wait in line 1-2 hours for rides only to have the fast pass folks go ahead of us, sometimes 20-30 people!!! Food costs are too high! Don't see how they think the costs are family friendly! Won't ever be back as I can think of better ways to spend my money and not to wait in line to do it.
