I have lived here for almost 2 years and I plan to move. This place is horrendous. I wanted to report the landlord violations. My car was broken into this afternoon and I reported it to the property manager that items were taken from my car including a parking sticker that allows residents to park in our assigned spots without being towed. After I explained what happened, my property manager explained that all they can do was charge me a non refundable fee of 50 dollars to replace the parking sticker. Otherwise there was nothing they can do. When I first moved in a year ago I was told that we had security and 24 hour surveillance in the building. However numerous vehicles including mine have been broken into and complaints have been made from different tenants regarding the matter. The property manager does not address maintenance issues for several months due to short staffing and I went months to almost a year with leak in my bedroom ceiling due to last storm we had. There is no cleaning done to the building or to public areas in the building. We have had squatters in the building that have lived in our building for several months without the property managers knowing or being aware. I have had several maintenance issues including my dishwasher not working where the property manager had sent someone on call in the middle of the night that was drunk and called himself a maintenance worker. I have went 24 hours with out lights due to a black out in the building that management neglected to inform residents about and basically told us they didnt know we would have a building power outage either. We dont have access to the amenities described when we first moved in including a activity room or play room that has never been open. There is no security that the property alleged is providing surveillance and there is no security or camera system except for in the garage entrance areas. The maintenance team does not clean out the garbage rooms

I am moving in March 2022 I moved out January 31, 2023 to sign my non-renew I was told by someone working in the office I see that you have a lot of money coming back what is the new Address so on January 31 when I turned in my keys I was told again by someone in the office you are receiving a lot of money to only signed out through a certified letter in the mail that I/O old $73 and that I have a outstanding balance of $235 and that my 1250 deposit was no longer coming back to me because on the certified letter I was told maybe there was a glitch in their system that my November December and January rent was late and they caught it when I moved out so when I called the collection agency I told him I pay my rent on time and the carpet that they stating that they had to replace was already damaged when I moved then so he told me OK Im a look in the pictures of the inspection and I see that the carpet was damaged so Im gonna refund you $235 that I never received Im a single mom of two and is disabled

I've been paying over 2,000$ a month to live in this gated community where the gates do not work and homeless people roam and live freely in the stairs and parking garage. The parking is horrible and there's no parking for office staff so the staff park behind cars making it extremely hard for residents to get out of parking spaces. However if anyone else parks in these spaces they will be towed immediately. I asked the office staff not to park behind me due to having trouble not getting out of my spot sometimes but they continue to park there because they have sold all of the other parking spaces. No one is ever in the office or ever picks up the phone and the building is always filthy. There's dog feces in the stairs and dog pee and the elevator along with food and trash. The place is definitely unsafe to live due to the gate in the parking garage not working and the amount of homeless people in the area that are able to enter the garage whenever they please. when we complain to the office we are told they are working on it however its been broken for almost 5 months. Yesterday it rained and none of the elevators in the building worked which left some residents walking several flights of stairs. The building is roach infested and spider infested in the maintenance people walk past the spiders on the light fixtures every day and no one removes the spiders the only way the pests are being removed is by residents. All I want is to live in a clean safe building where everything is operating as it should be. I would like to go and come whenever I please without my car being blocked in. Not to mention every time the wind blows the alarm goes off for hours and no one is here to turn it off.
