Dishwasher would heat and fill but never wash. Jose fixed it by replacing the motor. All is well. He fixed my washer a year ago. It kept saying DL (door lock) then wouldn’t run. He did tell me, this repair probably wouldn’t last forever. Well, I did get another year out of washer and it started up again. So I finally replaced washer. My niece had same washer and same problem. I always call Jose first to see if I can fix rather than replace!Review from Aimee L

Called Quality Masters because my Dishwasher was not filling with water. The Technician was polite, and called me beforehand to let me know he was running a little late - which I appreciated. The Tech pulled the bottom cover off the dishwasher and tested the voltage, then pulled off the water supply line from underneath to see what the water flow was. He also checked under the sink. The Tech suggested I needed a new water supply valve, and I would have to call a plumber. We had the water supply valve replaced, but that did not remedy the issue. So, my husband pulled the dish washer out, away from the wall and found the water supply line was merely kinked! We straightened out the house, and all is well! My suggestion to the Tech in a similar situation is to not only check the bottom panel, but pull the dishwasher out from the wall, just in case the water supply line is kinked!Review from Carolyn G

Jose identified the problem and repaired my oven in 20 minutes!
