When searched for the interactive experience The immersive Van Gogh in Orlando and was shown a walk through of multiple exhibits. When I got to the convention center, it was one giant room with a projector projecting horrible quality images and glitched out frequently. We had a time slow for 4 PM and walked out at 4:07. When I talked to staff they said it was a pop up experience, which was never indicated at time of purchase. This entire thing was a scam and this company should be shut down.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 20, 2022/01/13) */ Our exhibit, Immersive van Gogh, located in Orlando is an immersive art exhibition featuring many works in Van Gogh's large portfolio. We project these images, using multiple projectors onto the walls of a large room. We curate each Immersive van Gogh show to the detail of the space/building that we are occupying in each city. Currently open and operational in over 13 markets, we have had the privilege of selling over 4 million tickets to mostly happy customers. While art is subjective and perhaps what one likes, another will not; I am not sure if this particular patron requested a refund, we are often happy to address any particular concerns an unsatisfied customer may have to ensure that they do not feel the way this customer has. We strive to provide excellent art, and are pleased to know that most people who choose to leave a review are doing so positively and celebrating the experience that they have had. We're sorry that we did not meet the expectations of this patron. Consumer Response /* (3000, 22, 2022/01/13) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I did ask for a refund and they refused to work with me. They did not show multiple art pieces of Van Gogh, they showed about 5, that were very pixelated. Business Response /* (4000, 24, 2022/01/14) */ Good Afternoon, Our exhibit displays more than 20 pieces of Van Gogh's most popular art on a loop; this experience takes over 35 minutes to enjoy from beginning to end. Since the patron indicated in the original submission that they only remained in the exhibit space for approximately 7 minutes, I can imagine that they did not get the opportunity to enjoy the full amount of art work that is on display throughout the entire exhibit. We're sorry that we were unable to meet this patrons expectations, and I have instructed our ticketing department to issue a refund to this patron for the full price of their tickets. Refunds can take up to 15 business days to appear on the patrons credit card. Consumer Response /* (2000, 26, 2022/01/17) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) Thank you. Not sure why it took this long to get a refund, instead of when I talked to the manager and emailed the time I was there. Although, it may be true about the 35 pictures shown it still does not take away that the projector was poor quality and projected pixelated images.
