This customer has a problem with another shop and he wants us to be his expert witness an his case we told him he need to hire a lawyer we are not legal experts . He got  cheap paint job forms ******** Auto body and he wants us to lie for him so he can collect his **************** Credit card money. After being all the information that he gave us we see that his is just trying to take advantage of us he needs and lawyer not a body shop to help him on his dispute with ******************* I have a phone recording were he is trying to black mail us for not going along with his plan. We politely declined to be part of his plan. He got what he paid for a cheap paint job. Know he is trying to rune our good reputation he is crazy. This is a consumer that got a problem with another body shop called ****************** .He want us to get involved in a legal battle that he has with them because he wants **************** to refund him $5K .Unfortunately after gathering all the information we realized that he was just a un realistic and problematic customer and he got exactly what he paid for a cheap paint job for $5k and he was expecting a $15K paintjob. We  professionally and a very  respectfully way declined to be part of that legal battle and told him to hire an At tourney since we are not legal experts and his case was beyond our skill. We advocate for our customer but we are not legal experts he needs one .I shared with him my opinion and that he got a great job that is not perfect but for the $5k that he paid in our opinion was not a bad deal that his expectations were not set and the a he needs to talk to the shop or get an attorney we wanted no part of his battle. We have the phone recording where he told us that he was going to slander us all over the internet because we declined helping him. Unfortunately for him we don't help people that don't have ethic or right expectations he paid for a lower quality shop he got what he paid for and that is not our problem and we don't want to be any part of that. We did no business with this individual no Money was charged to him He is just looking to blame everyone but himself for making a bad financial decision of hiring a low quality shop and not set the right expectations in writing. This business is currently attempting to defraud me of over $5k. They promised to repaint my whole vehicle properly by removing all 4 doors and not only did they not remove all 4 doors, they didn't even redo the paint nor clear and still tried to charge me like they did everything we talked about. I had discussed exactly how they would complete most of the work and the longest it would take and they lied on both. It took 8 weeks instead of 3 weeks and they are pretending that they honored our agreement. I had to call ************* police for assistance on September 21, 2023 and they told me they have visited the business numerous times for related escalated fraud issues with other consumers.

This business depends on an uninformed insurance provider sending your car here because they will bid the lowest but rest assured you are getting the lowest quality and lies about everything. Your vehicle deserves better!
