            I contacted this business for an estimate but they went ahead and installed a hybrid battery for my 2008 Lexus Hybrid when I went inside to grab a bottle water for repair guy. Then they said it would cost 2 thousand dollars. I transfered $10000 for down payment since they said that their diagnostic shows that the only issue with the car was the hybrid, but later diagnosis showed another issue and their hybrid was bad. They agreed they would put my old hybrid back and refund me, well they did not refund me and did not put my old battery back and took their battery. So I am seeking my refund and my old battery back. Very stressed and feel cheated and **** the owner is giving me the run around.

            The Hybrid Battery in my 2008 Prius was replaced Dec 29, 2021 by Battery Repair Experts. By the end of February, all sort of warning lights started popping up to include the big red triangle of death. The codes pointed to battery cell problems. It took 2 weeks for a technician to arrive. He replaced the bad cells only to have a new code pop up for the battery pack processor. after inspection you could see burn marks on both ends of the connector. It has been 5 weeks since then. I had 1 call answered out of no less than 12. Was told they would be here last Wednesday. No one showed up and no calls answered since then. I use this car for food delivery and now have to use my truck that get 40% of the mileage my Prius gets. I should have went through Toyota to begin with. You get what you pay for.
