We booked a car (Receipt and confirmation attached) to rent and to be picked up on 11/5/2021 at 4:35pm. My wife took an Uber to get there, waited in the rain for 15 minutes, and still no one was at the office. She was stuck waiting outside. Someone finally called back and said he closed up early because he had to pick his kids up, and that his kids were more important than his business. He then said he'd refund our money and hung up the phone.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/11/18) */ Case Number: XXXXXXXX To whom it may concern It is with deep regrets that this incident took place with our company however we value our customers complaints and we do provide the best customer-service in our industry. After investigating this incident, we found that our employee was not at the location for the time mentioned because he had a family emergency however, he came back to the location to serve the customer. Customer insisted on having the entire amount refunded to his account after we offered to bring the rental car to His/her hotel. Based on the customer request we did refund the entire amount immediately. As a courtesy from our company, we provide 30% discount on the next rental for the same customer
