I took my car into Ruben's Tires on 1/11/2022 My check engine, tire and VSC lights were on I asked them to fix what was causing these lights to come on. They checked out my Veh and told me it was because I needed a Tire Rotation a wheel balance and a Oil Sensor Switch, that did not fix the issue I took my car back 1/13/2022 and 1/14/2022 they replaced the oil Sensor switch a second time when that did not work they then told me it was an electrical issue and wanted to charge me another $280.00 at this point I asked for a refund and to speak to the manager. I was finally able to speak to a manger on Monday 1/17/2022 who then told me that what they fixed had nothing to do with the check engine light coming on but what they recommended that I have fixed and that they would charge me a discounted rate to find out what was causing the lights on the dash to come on. Needless to say that after being told multiple different things I would not trust them to put a tire on my car, this place charged me to fix issues that I did not ask for and that I could have waited like an air filter and a tire rotation. I was RIPPED OFF by this company and was charged for services I didn't ask for or needed, now I will have to go to pay some one else to fix what I already paid them to fix. P.S Hector went as far as blame my 2010 Toyota Corrolla for being the problem as to why they ripped me off.
