Yes, this happened somewhere around October 10th. I bought a car from this dealer almost 2 years ago for ***** and have already paid ***** on it I was going to pay it off when I got my income taxes this new year but during our recent hurricane our streets were flooded so we all could not go anywhere so I tried Cash apping them my car payment but it would not go through or they denied the payment so it looked like I did not make a payment so they followed me to the store after the hurricane was over after I picked up my daughter from school and had my car towed away while I was in the grocery store so I came out and my car was gone. After the fact they told me I need to pay them ******** right then to get my car back even though the payoff was only ******** and they knew I wouldn't be able to pay that money so they took my car, very shady people. So I heard they do that to a lot of people who are just about to pay off their cars so they can take your car back and resell it to someone else. Not fair at all. I would like to have my car back to go to work has been very hard getting around without it. I was only not even one car payment behind I was trying to pay but it did not go through and they would not work with me at all. Thank you I appreciate your time.
