      Since GLOBALFY , via some PATRICIA F. , amounted to some phishing in a purported BLUE RIDGE BANK VISA ACCOUNT APPLICATION ( it is not known yet whether the application did reach that bank ) , I demanded a copy of my entire application plus ALL INFO they gathered , in declining the application on Oct 5 , 2022 . I tried for several hours now to make the TWILIO AUTHY two-factor authentic. app to work with either my desktop or smartphone . It does not work , and I am told that I cannot access my VISA ACCOUNT at BLUE RIDGE BANK , if the app does not work , and that GLOBALFY would not be capable to do anything about it . It looks like this : Add Account You can add Authenticator accounts such as Gmail, Facebook, Dropbox and many more using Twilio Authy. For the time being it is not possible to scan QR codes, but you can add accounts by entering the code provided by the service in which you want to enable 2FA. Ok , I did reinstall / recover the entire TWILIO AUTHY application on the same phone number . As stated in the previous reply , one has to enter a key coming from the website to be accessed ( the BLUE RIDGE bank account with number and routing number ) but that KEY cannot be found and I ask to provide it ( or the place it can be found ) There is an issue with employee PHISHING at TWILIO AUTHY as per this testimony of Sept 22 2022 : Tonin September 22, 2022 Well I guess I have to find another authenticator, people said that this one is great, but a data breach from phising employees, what a shame! Since the popularity start growing up, Twilio should be more aware and conscious about these attacks to prevent it. The ease of use was a problem in the aspect of multi device, it was not quite simple to figure out how to do it by myself without checking anywhere, but thankfully this has saved for another person using my account.
