    Hired them in December to do my siding and soffits. They quoted it as a 3-4week job. They demoed everything in December and broke the fascia as well during the demolition, something which we had not hired them to do. We also had floodlights through the soffit and they literally left them dangling on the wires blowing in the wind. In Jan they called and said the project manager was changed and *********************** will be taking over. This is where things really went downhill. He said the fascia was damaged and wanted to know if we wanted to hired them to replace it. I said PRC damaged it and should replace it. I also mentioned the floodlights dangling on the wires at this time, which he ignored. He then called me back after a week and said the soffit was not measured correctly and it would be something like 5x the price quoted. I told him again that is unfortunate but ultimately the fault of PRC. I asked ******* to get the owner, *********************, to speak to me about possible resolutions. ******* refused and told me I could contact him myself. After about a week of calling and waiting for ***** to be available (I was told he was in a meeting multiple times) I finally spoke to ***** and agreed to pay half of their error (about 2.5x the quoted price) finally in April the soffits were installed but the floodlights did not work and were causing a short (we could hear buzzing). It took them more than a month to send out an electrician even though we told them while they had the scaffolding up that it was not working. The electrician was mortified and took pictures of the arcing wires and smoke residue. ******* however was very unhappy and despite me making the deposit payments immediately was now hounding me to make the final payment, turns out they were trying to charge me a late fee because they took a month to send the electrician out. Now in May ******* is demanding to get the 5 or 6 extra pieces of siding that we have been storing since Dec that they told us to keep in Dec.

    We are sorry that your experience was not as pleasant as you were expecting. We are confident that we provided you with a great quality job even though it took a while to complete. We completed all the work that was contracted. Be mindful that access to the property was restricted to certain times and made our job of coordinating the trades more challenging. The project was also stalled in several occasions because we were waiting to hear back from a representative of the Trust about decisions and options to be made. Premiere did additional work by replacing eight (8) sheets of plywood on you siding walls that were not billed to you. We wanted to clean up the property from any debris and left over materials at the end of the job and that is the reason ******* tried contacting you with no avail.We hope that you enjoy the beautiful new siding and soffit on your property.
