11/21/21 Order ORDER ******* $17.88 for one calendar Calendar was received and found to have several quality issues. Upon asking for a refund since the entire printed lot would be affected, they sent me another calendar, which I specifically said would not resolve the issue. They wrote something about "including my criticism in the title" which they would not explain, and keep saying they cannot make me happy, yet they have not addressed my original request to return the calendar for a refund. Not to say they would, and not to say they would not. It's actually the weirdest most elusive response I've ever gotten from a company! The complete conversation - 17 emails including personal and repeated insults from their customer service team but void of acknowledgement of my initial, crystal clear request, is attached. My ask is that they acknowledge my request and either facilitate the refund or say they will not make it right. This is not about me 'having a bad day', try as they might, but about having the integrity and best practice of addressing the actual request in some way. Thank you in advance for your help. Sadly, the individual that filed the case is a very angry person that cannot seem to accept any level of generosity or assistance without a stubborn, petty response. If Ms **** wished to waste your time, and hers on this matter, she is welcome to, however, we will no longer indulge her. Ms. **** received a calendar that did not meet her standards. Instead of simply asking to return it, she berated both it and us in a missive stating how it made her "ill" to look through our American Made calendar and see Juneteenth noted but not dates like September 11 and other patriot holidays. Our calendars include federal holidays for the US as well as other countries for which our customer base has requested over the years. "That's when I started noticing things missing, and very wrong. Although the publisher captured Juneteenth and Black Friday, this made-in-the USA calendar managed to omit Washington's Birthday, 9/11 or Patriot Day (never forget!? that's Never Forget!), Constitution Day, Pearl Harbor Remembrance day, and daylight savings times. I am not exaggerating when these omissions made me feel ill. You'll also notice a glaring quality issue with labeling dates in sequence in the attached photo. " While Jackie did receive an early printing that had a simple typo (glaring quality issue), her rage about a simple wall calendar is truly something. Our response was to send out another, fully customized calendar (the same day we received her email) to Jackie including all of the special days she noted made her ill. Was she satisfied? No, she refused to even open the replacement to see what our designers did specially for her. We hope that she is able to get over whatever has made her such an upset person and find some joy but we will no longer allow her bad vibes here. In all our emails, I repeatedly explained that I had not asked for a replacement because the entire lot was probably affected. Rather than ever explaining that they sent a custom print, or offering the custom print rather than the refund (which they probably should have, rather than assuming, sending, and not explaining their action) it would have been nice to have tried either of those things before repeatedly calling me angry for not understanding. Very strange. Thank you for your help.
