I purchased a car from this dealer from ******** marketplace, the car I had a the moment was already giving me issues so the Seller offered me 1k for my Dodge Caliber 2007, so I purchased the Jeep patriot 2014 for a total of 6k I put down 2k plus the trade in so total of 3k. So after the taxes and fees added I shouldve been paying 346 including a guarantee on the car. Well ever since I left this dealer *** had nothing but headaches with the owner, at 1st the car was not starting, the car left me stranded at ******* in a raining day and that was communicated with the owner of the dealer whos name is ******. After weeks of going back and forth the car battery was replaced, however the car was giving the same issue over and over. The communication with ****** was okay at 1st, till he seemed to get really annoyed I was contacting him about the issue then he started being rude and disrespectful more than that very unprofessional hanging up the call when I was trying to get solutions. I purchased this car on Sept of 2023 and now the car door doesnt close neither the car start. When raised the concerned I get nothing but a nasty attitude and no call backs or texts backs. I have made all my payments on time, but yet I have no car, I towed the car back to them and I rented a car for 649 off Turo. This people is heartless and unprofessional. Definitely filling a claim and seeking legal assistance because nobody should be going thru what I am going thru.
