On April 5 2022 I paid cash for a 2021 Ram 2500. As of today, June first 2023, I still have no title.Business response

We explained to the customer that the first title process was lost, and since we received his complaint, in May/2023, we are dealing with ******* ****** asking for a duplicate title to solve the problem, because we need the original title, not a copy that we have in our files. We already sent to the customer all messages that we have with ******* ****** and we are waiting for then and expected to solve this case untill the end of June, as explained recently, in details, to the customer. It's not a case to refund, the customer bought the car more than one year ago and the car is great, so we must solve the title register.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:Car Experts sold this vehicle illegally per Florida state statute. They did not possess the title at the time of the sale. I asked for the title when I paid for the truck using a cashier check and was told I could not have it until the check cleared. I suspect they knew they didn't have the title at that time. I have filed a complaint with the states attorney general's office and the Florida department of motor vehicles.
Give me my $60,000 back.

As we explained to the client we are thoroughly working with ******* ****** and DMV Missouri to get the duplicate title. We also, hired a local runner to expedite the process. Therefore, we are doing everything in our power resolve this issue. It never happened before with us. Also, it worths remind that we do have a copy of the title but the original one was lost together with the registration process. We are pushing every week everyone related to this issue to monitor and make sure we have it cleared asap. We'll keep the client posted with any update.
