      **** the store manager is a con artist she lies about the vehicle recently being service only took my car to a shop and they change the odometer from 165k ******************* is unprofessional and rude once your car break my car was in a shop literally 2 days after leaving the car lot **** and ****** the sale assoc are in the scam together now 2 months late my car had a engine recall from *** which been going on **** told me only recall was for my trunk lock

      Thank you for bringing this to our attention: We appreciate the opportunity to address any concerns: I know it rough having repairs early on. We did cover the repairs with the exception of your car battery. We have offered to extend your payments with receipts of the battery. I see you are currently working with MidFlorida to provide them with the receipts and proof of insurance.

      I bought a car from them. I wrote down my card number twice, corrected him when he put it for the paper to sign. They took my payment but when it came to my first payment they the numbers wrong. I walked outside my house to see the car gone I called them to see where the car is to see what’s going on. They said the financing company took it an they gave me the number. I gave them a call asked them what’s going on they said they tried to make a payment but it was saying wrong card. I asked if they can read me the number they said the ending for numbers. Also let me know that it is nothing they can do and I can not get back in the car at all. I only had the car for 14 days and the loan payment was passed due 6 days. I kept calling they asked me for my bank statements to see what they can do just to turn around and tell me that their is nothing they can do and I will need to just pay $50 to get my stuff out of the car. I went to the ok carz to see why the number was put in wrong he just looked at me an said he do not know how they came out wrong and it’s nothing he can do. Manny then reached out to the Vice president of the finance company and said that she will handle it and have me come on Monday to sign the paperwork with the correct numbers after getting a copy of my card number front and back. I call on Monday just for them to say the decision still stand and that there is nothing they can do and that I will need to just come get my stuff out of the car. I feel like I paid my money for a rental of two weeks when I could’ve used it for something else. I let him know I am a mother of three trying to take care of my kids and household as a single parent.
