      Made reservation online. I answered all questions onlineInc. My ************* Liberty Mutual , this was an "allowed" co. w/ a $2500 hold on my cc. In the contract it listed the items to bring when renting: Driver's lic. , CC and contract/voucher. 1) phone # for p/u went straight to a VM in spanish no one ans. 2)After locatiing a p/u point @ airport. waiting for the single van which stopped @ all 3 terms. waited in line @ rental 2 people in frt of me > 1 hr later after upcharge for auto insurance because I didn't have my insurance card w/ me $153.90. I paid it because I had already wasted 2 hrs of my vacation w/ these scam artists. I don't take my insurance card out of my car unless I need it.

      Website has no phone to contact. There is only a generic email or form to fill out. Business only gives refund voucher in amount of a credit to use towards the future and I do not want a credit voucher. I want a refund to my original payment method which was a credit card. The business has many complaints advising that it is a scam.

      had a car booked from ****************. suppose to pick up on 11/10/23 at *** airport returning on the 11/14/23 The directions for pick-up indicated on the booking was that there would be a shuttle bus, We never saw a van or bus with these marking. My sister and I walked back and forth on the Terminal 1 ramp for over an hour, checking with 4 or 5 different vans before finally making contact with someone in a minivan where they was two girls in the driver and passenger seats and we had to sit in the back with the third man there was another couple who had also rented a full size car from reliant company through ************ as well. They then took us to a deserted warehouse area where there was only one car which was a ****** corolla instead of a camry and there was only one when both of us had booked a ****** camry. They then said i would need to pay for tolls at $20 a day and then they said I needed insurance to cover the car which I said I had paid for but they said still need additional insurance at $45 a day. I finally found my declaration page of my car insurance and they said it had to be $300,000 for liability insurance which was only $50,000 on my geico insurance and the same on the other customer's insurance declaration page. The man behind the counter said since it was late, he spoke to his manager and could offer us at $40 a day. I then called insurance company and they said refuse the additional insurance and put in on a credit card which has rental car coverage but the man would not let us do this and was insisting that we take additional insurance. I then called a police officer who spoke to the man and explained that it was not correct what they were doing but he still refused. By now it it ***** pm and we are strangled in an industrial warehouse. After continuing to hassled us they finally agreed to bring the 4 of us back to *** airport where we had to pay a taxi $100 to get us to our hotel in ********* and we had no car for the weekend

      On Feb 2, 2022 I rented 2 cars from DiscoverCars - the booking was from Clubs car Rental - the first car was booked in my name - *********************** - the other booking was - **************************** - the booking was for April 11 - April 20 and a deposit of $26.53 US on each car, was given. On April 11, we were told our flight was going to be late leaving Detroit Airport - I called Clubs Cars and explained the situation - I was told by their representative, that they had to be closed by 9 pm. I told them that I would notify them when I knew what was happening. Our plane left shortly, thereafter. Our plane landed around 7:15 - I called Clubs Cars at 7:27 - I asked if they wanted to send pickup for our 2 drivers or did they want me to call when we had our luggage. I was told to get the luggage, proceed to pickup area and then call - the representative said they were only 8 minutes away. At approximately 7:50, I called - no answer so I left a message. At 8:10, the call was returned and I was told that our cars had been cancelled - I tried to explain and reiterate what had gone on, to no avail. I called numerous times, no one would answer the phone. I called Discover cars, spoke with someone who was going to call me back - no call. We were unable to rent cars from many of the rental agencies in the airport - we eventually rented from ***** - they had only 1 Toyota Corolla so the 2nd vehicle was an SUV. The cost was substantially higher. I did contact Clubs Cars, the next day - no solution. I have contacted Discover Cars - no action yet.
