They are scammers, Stay away from them. I went to pick up the car on April 8th, and the person at the front counter asked for proof of my car insurance, I showed him my car insurance card and he said you have to pay $204 because you have to buy insurance from us, I told him my insurance covered the rental cars and I do not need buy insurance from you, then he went outside the office to speak to the phone then came back inside saying you do not have SLI in your insurance, (Which i do not know what is SLI for), I called my insurance company (Geico) and i asked them if I have the SLI on my plan and they confirmed that I do have it and they sent the car rental an email to confirm that I have all the coverage they need, The person at the front counter said that I do not see word SLI and you either buy the insurance from us or I cannot give you the car, I called Geico again and told them the situation and again he confirmed that i have all the coverage they need and i do not need to buy an additional insurance from them, Then the person at the front counter said again you either buy the insurance from us and paying $204 or i will not give you the car. I told him, You can cancel my reservation since you trying to rip me off and you need to refund me my money back. He said it was nonrefundable and cannot do anything, So end up not getting the rental car from them and did not receive my money back. I tried to call them over than 10 times but their first phone numbers go to a hospital and the second no one answer the calls. It is a fraudulent business and scammer.

Booked a three days Retal through a travel agency. When arrived the Orlando airport and tried multiple times to call for shuttle pick up, the first phone number was go to a hospital and second number no one answer the call, even the voice mail was not set up. Drive to their office location and the door was closed and no one in the office. It was 4:20 pm. How a legitimate car rental company not answer the calls and office is closed in business hours. It is a fraudulent business and scammer. Be ware. This has to be investigated by authorities and punished.

WORST COMPANY EVER. THEY HE OR SHE THIS FEELS LIKE A ONE PERSON SHOW. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. BUT ODDLY THEY CAN TEXT YOU INSTEAD OF CALLING YOU. FOR THIS TO BE A PROFESSIONAL AND LEGIT BUSINESSES THEIR WEBSITE HAS MISSPELLED WORDS. RED FLAG AND CONTACT NUMBERS THAT DON'T EVEN RING TO THEIR BUSINESS THE 407 NUMBER RINGS TO A HOSPITAL. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVEN IF IT WAS THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH TO HAVE AN AVAILABLE VEHICLE TO RENT. DON'T PUT YOURSELF THOROUGH THAT REGRET.
