This morning Saturday June 4, 2022; I went to the Sweetwater Car Wash the one in 1609 S Orange Blossom Apopka FL. I have a membership with them and I always go there an average one time a week. Today I went there to get a car wash and the rail skip the water step and get me all the way to the rinse. I told an employee for some reason I got skip the water. He told me straight I was driving on the rail and I told them what you mean cause Ive been using those kind the service for many years why under the sun I would do that.
He said if I am complaining he will call the cops to trespass or arrested me.
I do understand most people using calling cops to scary black folks but report to the management an issue I deserve to get trespass and arrested. Unfortunately this guy told me his the manager and he won't give me his name.
I left the carwash without creating any scene even I paid for the service and the gentleman told me if I stay there he will trespass or get me arrested; only by reporting an issues.
A good manager won't blame me or even threatened me with calling the police on me.
Like he said even he gave me his name I can't report him no where cause its a private business get the ****** out here before calling the cops on me.
At this time my card still on their system I have to wait until Monday to order a new card to stop them taking money from my account.

On the 4th, the customer, who was a club member, was in drive while entering our car wash. We have signs and instruct customers that direct customers to put the car in neutral.

Our manager had asked the customer if he wanted to go back through the car wash but the customer kept complaining. The manager attempted to work with the customer but the customer kept berating the staff. Managers only ask customers to leave or consider calling the police of customers are belligerent or rude. Our managers and team members are human beings.

This customer spoke to our regional manager who also reported she could not even get a word in edge wise. Our management has canceled C******'s membership as he has indicated he would prefer to visit another location as he berated our staff. We would prefer if he visited another location too since our team members were treated poorly.

The club membership, again, has been canceled and we will not charge the customer as we absolutely do not want him back on our property based on his behavior. Thank you.

I'm not surprised the response because all google reviews you guys are deniable or stated false claim. I never told any of your employees I will use another location and never been belligerent cause I'm not that type....
All I did its reported that issues and your manager was straight deniable and told me if I don't shut he will call the cops to trespass or arrested me
Good luck keep coverup and lying I never said I would ever used and do anything to do with this company's name base on saying anything to coverup bad employees's behavior.
