This review relates to the same scam they pulled on ***** * below. I went one time to the Semoran location in Orlando. An attendant ran my card saying I would get a free wash for the remainder of the month. We no longer lived in Orlando, so it wasn't of value, but to read that there is a "monthly plan" button, that's what he must have hit, causing us to get billed. This is a highly unethical practice and results in a scammy, horribly run business. There are many great car wash alternatives in Orlando. Please don't waste your time, energy, or money on this business and it's illegitimate business practices.Review from Suzan F

I had my car washed at Wash City car wash in Apopka. I used my credit card to pay for the $10 wash & my card was charged $10.65 with tax. Afterword this same credit card was being charged an automatic deduction every month for 3 months for $10.65 & $21.30 the 3rd month!! I never authorized any automatic payment! I never saw or signed any paperwork. My credit card company has no record for an automatic withdrawal for Wash City. When I spoke with the manager he claimed I must have pressed the wrong button for 'member' instead of for 'wash' & there was nothing he could do. I asked that the unauthorized charges be credited back. He said he couldn't do that. I asked for corporate phone number & he said he could not give it out. I asked to have corporate call me to resolve this. He said there was no one I could speak to above him. He claimed I got a free wash, but I swiped my card, so that was also inaccurate. They are unwilling to resolve this complaint!! BEWARE OF UNETHICAL, UNDERHANDED BUSINESS PRACTICES OF WASH CITY CAR WASH! They have a number of locations in the Orlando area. I have now filed a dispute with my credit card which the manager of Apopka Wash City told me to do.
UPDATE:
they resolved my complaint to my complete satisfaction.
I would also like to add that I am happy it is resolved as I believe that they have the best car wash in the Apopka area.
I will be using their service again.
