I handed over my keys at 12:30 pm on May 10, 2022 to get tinting service on my car. I asked the man working behind the counter(************* on receipt) how long it would take; he replied 45 minutes to an hour. After 2 hours of waiting I saw another worker approach my car finally, however, he then walked away and went into a different vehicle. I approached the counter and asked the same man I spoke with before why did the other worker approach my car and then not take it in for service. The man behind the counter told me that it wasn't skipped over, it was mistaken with another Toyota(in an irritated tone). As I sat waiting further in the waiting area, I heard is voice saying hey you a couple of times, he then told after I acknowledged him that there was another car in front of mine and then they would take mine in. I acknowledged his statement and continued to wait. Approximately 1 additional hour later he called me up for payment and paid so that I could get out of there. After 3 hours of waiting, when he originally told me 45 minutes to 1 hour, he offered no apologies for my inconvenience and not respecting my time. This was an extremely poor customer service experience. I am therefore requesting at least 50 percent of the $165 charge be refunded back to me. This was unacceptable treatment.
