Product did not work as demonstrated at the ********** body show. I used it my boat to get out mildew on seats and did not work. Representative stated that if it didnt work it was 100% guarantee with money back. I would like a refrains and Ill return the product. I have called 4 times with no response.Initial Complaint

On December 8th 2022, my wife ********************* and myself were at the trade show called Country Christmas in ********* ******. Star Glow had a booth set up selling two of their items. One item was the professional metal polish marine formula extreme, 16 oz jar. The other was the Magic Bling plastic and Glass cleaner ************************************ the amount of $162.45. We were told that we would be getting free shipping to our residence the following week since we could not take the items back on the plane. On 12.19.22 I tried to contact the company as we have not received the order. The person on the phone wanted $4.95 to process the information which I was not going to pay just to find out when the order would be shipped or received. The web pages did not provide any information to email or otherwise check on the order status. I contacted my credit card company on December 19th about the issue.Customer response

After you contacted the company I received the product with **** express delivery. I now have the product I ordered so I can close the case.
