I heard about the program and had high hopes, I attended all the therapies hoping for results, the first couple of weeks were ok, and I saw some results. after that I did not see anymore results. I completed the treatment and after unsatisfactory results they gave me 6 more, I did those still no results. After my last treatment, I spoke with the Tech there and told him that I would not go anymore and If he can provide me with information about how to resolve the issue, he gave me a number. I call right away but no one calls me back. Called again no callback, filled customer service form on their website, and nothing. call them again and nothing, I got a recorded message, I have been paying the loan because I do not want to mess up my credit. But I do not want to keep paying for something that did not work for me. ThanksBusiness response

On 12/24/2020 I went to Peak Performance for Men after seen their ad on the local news. Nice office, everyone wearing scrubs or physician gowns, (everyone but the salesman) the man with the white gown had one of the techs do an "ultrasound" on me, I heard sounds I saw numbers on a display, so they determined I was a good candidate for the treatment. After talking to the salesman and he explaining everything, I went ahead an agreed to do the treatment. I payed $5,995.00 by 12/28/2020 for 12 treatments. I went every week for treatment , I took the supplements they gave me and follow all the instructions. Every week I tried to see if there was any improvement, I wanted this to work after paying so much for it, but we could not notice any improvement. I mentioned to them in the office what was happening, all they would say was, wait and see. They performed the "ultrasounds" a couple of times, again I heard the same sounds and saw the same numbers. All 12 and couple extra treatments went on, and I kept telling them that I was not noticing any improvement to my condition. At the end the tech told me to file a dispute, so I did. I had to call the main office in Virginia about 16 to 20 times, at one point they offered me half of my money. But at the end they maintained that there was an improvement on my condition, that they were not going to refund anything. If I don't receive a refund from them, I want that any men out there going to have this treatment done, question the procedure. When you go to have an ultrasound done or any other procedure the machine produces a printout that you can look and compare as you go along, With Peak Performance for Men the tech writes numbers on a sticky note, but not even show you on the display nor the machine produces a printout. I used to be a salesman, and you never want to loose a sale.
