On June 28th I purchased 3 silver coins from nestrashop on line. I have not received the coins as of today. I have emailed them several times about this with no answer from them, I have asked for refund but no answer. The phone # on the website is not a working #.Initial Complaint

I made on online purchase for silver coins from this shop on 23 Jun 2023. Agreed to 7 days for shipment to arrive. When I inquired they responded they were having shipping delays but products never arrived and now is 10 July 2023. They do not answer their phone or respond to emails and I have reported them to my credit card. They are a criminal front based in France from the looks of the billing info. I placed an order (#***) on February 21, 2023 for 5 silver pieces. They charged my credit card for $109.85. I have written them several times with no positive response. I even asked them to refund the amount on my credit card if they were not going to send my order. It has been almost 3 months and I haven’t heard from them. I made the transaction on March 2. It was for 9 US silver coins. the website is **************. I paid $197.93 with my debit card. I get no response from phone calls they don’t answer the phone the address that they have. On their website is a phony address. Honestly, I would like to be refunded my $197.97 that they took out of my bank account.Initial Complaint

In our site, we indicated that the product is the best quality, and the price of the product proves that it is not the original, the customer can make a dispute near his bank to return the product and have his refund.`Best regards,
