Business is rude when tried to make an appointment they sent me to a silver purchaser. Didnt even give me an appointment which i asked for. Never will do business with them beware new customers.

Having the best buy/sell prices in central ******* does come with some caveats. We are by appointment only, and we do have some minimum buy/sell requirements. Our website, advertising, and the hundreds of reviews below your review state that we are by appointment only. We get it, sometimes people don't notice that we are by appointment, or are just driving by. Sometimes we are able make appointments on the spot, but we cannot guarantee it. Unlike most coin shops, we value our clients time and privacy, and will not let anyone "jump the line" so to speak; no matter how much they are looking to buy or sell.As for sending you to another shop, it sounds like we were trying to HELP you and recommend you to someone that could see you that day if our appointment schedule is full.Review from Michael H

Your son sent us pictures of a coin that was counterfeit and we let him know via text that is was common Chinese made counterfeit. He asked how we knew it was counterfeit and one of our rare coin experts on staff texted him that is was best to compare it to photos of real ones online. Your son called back and wanted to speak to the numismatist that looked at the photos. We informed him that he was with a client and your son very rudely questioned if he was even with a client (which of course he was). Your son decided to leave a negative review for us on another site. We responded that his time and anger was better spent on the person or business that sold him a counterfeit coin, instead of us (the HONEST, reputable, and family owned business that took the time to let him know the ***** about his coin).Review from Enoch V

My family and I, being new to gold & silver exchange, are very satisfied with our first experience here. Every desired expectation was met, exactly what to expect from standard and honest trade.
