On June 13, 2023 I came to this laundry mat. I used one washer that cost $2.75. I noticed that the washer did not have much water in it. You can tell that a lot of the clothes were still dry even when it was time to rinse. So I went to the attendant and she had an attitude and asked why I didn't say anything earlier. I told her I was waiting for the 1st rinse cycle to come to make sure it really didn't work because there was a little water but not even enough to come out in the spin cycle. So comes over and tells me that it doesn't work on the cold setting, that I have to either use hot or warm. I explained to her that I'm washing colored clothes so I'm supposed to use cold and if I nee the machine wasn't working ahead of time before I put my money in, I would have used a different machine or at least changed it to warm. I asked her if she could start the machine over or give me a refund and she said no. I feel that I should because she knew that the machine didn't work on cold. I also told her she should put a note or something on that machine to warn the other guests. I just want the business to be held to a standard and make sure their machines are working correctly or at least give refunds when they are not!Business response

CUSTOMER WAS OFFERED TO HAVE TO MOBEY BACK FROM THE MANAGER AT SITE, RAHUL R**, HOWEVER CUSTOMER DENIED TAKING THE MONEY INSTEAD REQUEST FOR APOLOGIES THAT THIS HAPPEDN, MANAGER DID APOLOGIZE TO THE CUSTOMER AND OFFERED HER AGAIN TO TAKE THE MONEY BACK BUT CUSTOMER DENIED AGAIN AND LEFT. EMPLOYEE WAS TOLD TO BE MORE HELPFUL AND RESPECTFUL TO EACH AND EVERY CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER CAN STILL REACH OUT TO THE MANAGEMENT AT *** *** **** TO GET THE MONEY BACK, THANK YOU.Customer response
