almost 2 years now I can't even get a call back or e mail answered i want my money invested back they have done nothing just a runaround about the case. i have requested a phone call sent several e mails wanting a refund for my invested money that they took and nothing has happened they should be investigated and closed down.Review from John E

They are the worst company to deal with. I told them I was not able to make a payment and the representative hung up on me. I called back to hopefully get a resolution. She told me that I was being aggressive and threatening because I ask her to send me a letter with all of the information so I could forward it to my lawyer for them to work it out. She then hung up on me again. Not a very professional way to handle the situation.Review from Joseph H

This company lacks leadership and professionalism. They contacted me via email in April with a disputed bill over services that were not received due to Covid shutdown. I emailed a detailed response and heard nothing until October when I received a call about the same bill. When I confronted them I was placed on the phone with Mary, who stated she owned the company. Mary was rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. I agreed (reluctantly) to pay a pro rated portion of the bill, while trying to pay with another agent I could hear Mary in the background belittling an employee and screaming about my situation. I asked for her back on the phone and when she got on she said that was training and hung up on me. I spent 21 years in the military and am now the director of a large organization and am due more respect and latitude than this organization gave me. Some regulation should restrict how so called collection agencies are allowed to operate.Review from Matthew V

Hired Accounts Receivable years ago to use them when we needed to forward accounts that were out of our state. Have not used them in several years due to the how difficult they are to deal with on a daily basis. I have been trying to reach Rosa who apparently is the only individual that can cancel an account. She never returns calls and every time I call and ask for her they immediately say she is one the other line and she'll get back with me when she can. On top of that, their website for clients to use is also down and has been for days due "maintenance." I then requested a client inventory, apparently nobody but Rosa could help me with that either. They are a total headache to deal with and would strongly recommend finding another agency if you are looking for any recovery assistance.Review from Anthony A

Hired them, they collected some of the funds and then I have spent over two years chasing them to send me the money. Now they owe me money as does the client I hired them to retrieve the funds from. No responses, no accountability, no integrity, no ethics. They are simply getting your approval to get your money owed and never sending it to you. RUN THE OTHER WAY!Review from Gwendolyn T

No STARS ! I added one because the link would not take my submission without it. I feel totally ill informed. Reached out 6 months ago. Contacted them again to give additional information. NEVER received an update from anyone. I was told today that in judgement cases like mine, after 4 years, I could only expect a 1% return rate. The judgement was 10 years old when I gave it to them. If I had been told that from the beginning, I would never have paid them a nickel. I was told today that the original person I dealt with was let go. How convenient. I was also told that they had to train themselves. They apologized for his negligence. Big deal... I am still out of pocket. Buyer beware. Never work with this company !!!!!!!Review from Yobana B

Please people do not use this place for any sort of business if you have the option. I googled a specific collection agency, this Horrible company popped up. Accountsreceivable. com on the website, it says Ethical, integrity, and results. I don't think they know the meaning of those words. I spoke with Mary, she was very unprofessional, disrespectful, and just nasty. The way she spoke to me and hung the phone up was disgraceful and unethical.Review from Ryan H

I have never felt so belittled before. I asked to speak to a manager so I can figure out a payment plan and the managers John yelled at me litteraly started yelling at me over the phone. They refused to let me speak to anybody else. Every time I asked to make a certain ammount for a payment they changed my time to have the full asking price in full so I'm on a time crunch but I can't pay what they are asking but I was willing to make payments of what I could afford. Now they are telling me I'm gonna go to court because I won't work with them. But it is them who will not work with me. They are manipulative they are liars and they a frauds. I feel bad for anybody else who is dealing with what I am dealing with...
