Nexum Group called a few months ago I didnt have an issue with making payment arrangements if I really have an outstanding bill. I requested documentation or debt validation letter I spoke with ****; he claims it was mailed we get are mail everyday never received any letters. Please email the requested documents to me. I was friendly all the time speaking with ****, he threatened a lawsuit, garnishment all because I requested documents to be emailed to me which is my legal right to review before making any type of arrangements.

This guy Luis from Nexum Group Inc, he pretend to be nice and caring at the beginning, then he will stab you in the back. I was harassed, pushed to the limit, lied and he made false accusations towards me to gain control and financial gains. I have to request from them to provide the license and owners names to make a formal complaint with the appropriate regulating agencies, have not have an answer yet. He also expressed that he got personal protected information from the Social Security without my consent. I believe this company is a scam and I will do my best to report illegal actions and harassment towards a disabled veteran.

Nexum Group Inc. (Twila McDaniel) has been harassing me via e-mails and continuous phone calls and trying to intimidate me with unprofessional prerecorded voicemails. I sent them a certified letter of dispute as it is my right under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809. I requested documentation for the scammer they represent and requested not to communicate with me via e-mail and refrain from disturbing and harassing me via telephone/cell. Every professional and licenced company would use correspondence via mail. One month after they received the certified letter of dispute, their harassment via e-mail, phone calls, and voice messages started again. This company will violate your rights and federal law, such as Violation of the Fair Credit Report Act, Violation of the Dept Collection Practice Act, and Defamation of Character. Be aware and report them and the scammers they represent! The scammer, who has committed many illegal actions against other clients and employees, is running her money mill as an ABA service provider. She is an unprofessional, disrespectful crook who is using the most vulnerable population to line her pockets. My attorney advised me to report both of them to the Fair Trade Commission and Florida State Attorney General!

I owed a debt. I authorize a one time payment of $100.00. It was for partial payment. Two weeks later without my permission another $100.00, and then two weeks later $55.00. This is theft. Using my bank account without my permission. I have filed a police report as well as filed a complaint with Florida AG. This is an aggressive, dishonest busy. Stealing money, accessing a bank account without person permission should be jail time.

Absolutely no way to get in contact to remove a charge, at this point I'm ready to just pay it to get this over with.

Very rude collection managers. They called me 'stupid' over the phone! Who does that?

Without any prior warning or notice they put a collection on my credit that is not mine. I do not own a house. Therefore I cannot own a fence which means I am not responsible for paying for a fence. Mary owns the house and fence. I want this collection removed immediately.
