      We requested this company to re-sod our yard and irrigation after a pool install. The company came during the pool construction and laid the sod. They then decided the day after to rip it all off to do the irrigation causing the sod to die. The sod layers also used a grass cutting mower to move the sod to the back yard scrapping the house and causing damage. I emailed the manager and he sent over 4 men to intimidate me and threaten me saying it wasn't them as they don't lay sod. But they did for us. The email from the manager stated he would get someone over to replace the sod and fix the side of the house . This was years ago! Now I am getting constant harassment at my door every day for the payment which we will not pay unless they re-sod the dead grass and fix the house at the side . I have sent multiple emails to the company every other month in regards to this from the day it happened and had no reply and nothing! They need to leave us alone . Admit they did wrong and stop sending me an invoice for an incomplete job and a waste of time. It's getting to the point where I'm ready to file harassment claims against the company.

After the pool was near completion this company said they would re-sod and re irrigate the area and pipes. I said ok as the housing community uses this company anyway. Here is where the issues start. 1. The company came before the pool was finished and stated sodding and did the irrigation. 2. THE DAY AFTER THEY RIPPED UP ALL THE SOD TO RE-DO THE IRRIGATION 3. ALL THE SOD STARTED TO DIE AND TURN BROWN and MUD 4. The young KIDS who did the sodding scrapped the side of the new built house leaving a massive dent. 5. I reported this with messages and emails to the SUPERVISOR / MANAGER who said he would send someone to fix the wall and re-sod the area and apologized. 6. They did not in face come back anytime apart from once to threaten me at my door that they didn't do the sodding and we are to pay them this invoice immediately. 7. I said id pay when the sod was re-done and the work was finished correctly. 8. They are STILL knocking on my door constantly LEAVING INVOICES for this from 2018 which havnt been fixed and I will not pay for something that was not done correctly. 9. SINCE the all the sod has died and been replaced with pavers due to the mud constantly splashing everywhere. Which cost me over $3K!!! 10. If they knocks one more time this week I may have to file a harassment claim. WANT THEM TO LEAVE ME ALONE / This is the second time they have said they would leave us alone only to be harassed again!
