I paid $930 for top of the line tints for my brand new Tesla Model 3. I was instructed to keep my windows up for 3 days and that it's normal to see some blisters in the tints while the adhesive settles. I kept them up for 7 days as I went out of town and used my other car. When I got back I notice there were many small blisters all over every window including folds or crinkles in the film. I called Mike at the company but he was apparently on vacation though he did call me back and told me he would call me the following week to come in and bring it in so he can take pictures. He didn't call me on the day he said he would. I called and left a message to call me back and he did after a couple days. I brought it in and he took some pictures and said it was a faulty product and that he "just installs them." He said he was going to file a claim with the manufacture under warranty. He said he'd call me back in a week or so. Several weeks later I call and leave a message on 8/15. A week later he doesn't call me back. This week on Monday, 8/22, I call and leave a message that if he doesn't return my call by the end of the day then I would have to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau. He didn't call and it's now Thursday the 25th. The timeline is as follows: on 6/27/22 I pay a down payment of $250 for scheduled work to be done on 6/28. On 6/28 the work is done and I pay $685. The rest of the timeline is described above.

Date of transaction: 11/10/2021 Amount of Money: 339.37 Business committed to provide: finished work. Nature of the dispute: Business Ignoring Order number:********** I contacted Solar Tint Signs & Graphics, Inc. through their website to "black out" the chrome of my car and "ceramic tint" one window. There were no notices that the initial fee they collected was non-refundable. After the first visit by Mike, only part of the trim was completed. The work was substandard and incomplete. Mike said he was headed to the Bahamas and would get to work on the rest of it when he got back. Our only appointment since then he missed and after multiple phone calls were ignored since then and with only part of the work completed, I found another tint shop, TINTERZ, to initiate repairs on the incomplete and sub-standard work performed by STSG, Inc. I found another tint shop to rectify the sub-quality work as is corroborated in the attached pictures and invoice from TINTERZ charged me to remove the sub-standard work performed by STSG. See memo attached on invoice. Issues documented are: * Crooked edges on the cut of the windshield tint along with large gaping holes under the rear view mirror. * Peeling of the vinyl installed on the trim the day after installation * Emblems improperly removed and placed in a pile within my center console with no means of reattaching the emblems, leaving outlines of sun damage where the emblems used to be on the vehicle. I have attempted to dispute the charge with ******** and Solar Tint Signs & Graphics, Inc. has lied about completing the work even going so far as saying I owe him additional money. Attached the letter that was sent by Solar Tint Signs & Graphics, Inc. Above all else, the response letter illegally includes my full card number, expiration date, CVC, billing zip code which he should not have available on hand since I ordered online nor should they write/print this on any document or receipt as this is against the law under FACTA.
