On approximately 4/25/22 I opened an account with Credit Repair.com. I resolved the problem myself and cancelled the account on 3/15/22 as confirmed by an email I received on March 17, 2022. On March 16 there was an email stating that I reopened the account. I did not reopen the account, I had no reason to, the problem was solved. I think this was a mistake on the part of Credit Repair.com. Believing the account was closed I had no reason to look at any more correspondence. I have been being billed on my credit card for $119.95 from then until now. I feel I should be refunded for the amount incurred from 3/15/22 until the present where I was again billed $119.95 for my current credit card bill dated 4/28/23-5/27/23. I called Credit Repair. com in June of 2023, I am not sure of the date, where I was told the account was in fact cancelled and I would be refunded. Then I called 5 days ago and was again told the account was in fact cancelled and I would be refunded. I called again today, 6/5/23, when I spoke with someone named David. I explained the situation to him. He was very evasive and wouldn't give me direct answers to my questions. He told me he could not get into my account from his station and so could not see what I was talking about. I asked him to get a supervisor in view of the high amount of the refund but he refused. I believe I am due this refund.
