I own a Oxi Fresh Franchise and we were REQUIRED to use FPN for credit card processing, in which I was a customer *********. Their customer support and equipment was pathetic and after years of complaints corporate finally allowed us to use a different vendor. In December 2023 I emailed asking the steps to cancellation. (Phone calls are always a voicemail promising to return your call within 24, most times this is BS so can only email). I promptly get a response that they were sad to see me go and sent a Cancellation Form I needed to fill out and send back. I emailed my cancellation form on 12/15/23 and not once has anyone responded. Ive also forwarded my cancellation form to other email addresses in their system and gets ignored. I took documentation to my bank showing cancellation to block their withdrawals but they continue to take $19.95. January thru April. I get on this website to see if complaints are common with FPN and realize this is a trend. I cant help but think the mass exodus of clients has hurt their bottom line and the over billing is intentional. Its obviously a pattern, it hasnt stopped so what needs to happen to get someones attention. Before I drive to ******* and take care of this myself, I wanted to have my complaint documented with the BBB that at the moment this company continues to commit fraud from former customers.

I submitted my termination of service paperwork on December 18, 2023 after speaking to FPN representatives via email about terminating service. I was charged additional fees via bank withdrawal on January 9, 2024 ($9.95), January 22, 2024 ($89.95), February 8, 2024 ($9.95), March 8, 2024 ($9.95) and April 9, 2024 ($9.95). I have made contact via phone with the business on February 12, 2024 (no reply), March 8, 2024 (generic reply of having customer support looking into it) and again on April 9, 2024 (generic reply of having customer support look into it). As of today's date, despite multiple requests via email, phone and also through their website, I have not received a refund of monies paid to them clearly after my termination of service. I have copies of documentation showing financial withdrawals, emails, screen captures, etc. I have also made a complaint to the Florida ************************* on today's date.

Franchise Payment Networks (FPN) provided merchant services to my business (**** LLC) for 3 years. I sold the business in December 2023. I notified FPN via email and through their online contact form that the business was sold and to close my account. Their website states that the preferred way to contact them is via their contact form and via email. I have now been charged a service charge for **** Feb, and ***** have called and left a voicemail, I have emailed, I have submitted a form via their website, and I have left a ****** review. I have even emailed employees directly but the emails gets rejected so I assume they are no longer employed.I have not been contacted and they will not stop charging me.

I owned a franchise I sold and gave them 30 day written notice on the form they request cancelations to be completed on. I sent them to them and did a follow up call. They keep charging me months after the 30 days. They wont respond to my multiple voicemails and emails and they keep charging me multiple times per month. Worst customer experience and they owe me money for the first month and the second month I filed a chargeback and blocked them from ever charging me again but Im owed money for the first months charges that they charged me after the 30 days.

I cancelled my business' payment processing service with FPN on 2/27/23. A support agent had me fill out cancellation paperwork, which I submitted, and he responded with "Received thank you." Since then, FPN continues to charge me approximately $55/month for service I don't use. They have gone completely radio silent. No replies to my emails, they don't answer the phone or respond to voicemails. Franchise Payments Network is stealing from us.

I have been trying to cancel service with this organization for the past five months. I completed the necessary cancellation form, emailed to the company and was told by Scott Nabusch on January 20, 2023 that I needed to complete a cancellation form and he would manage the process. I further heard from him on March 9 2023 that it would be handled by Marquis T***** and assured me that the appropriate refunds would be made for any overpayments. I have sent emails to inquire about the disposition of the account, only to fall to silent ears as I have not heard back from anyone. I sent an email again to them and included their CEO Tom E****** on the email. Time will tell if they ever get back to me. Today is April 25, 2023 and I still am being charged $30 monthly for an account that I have tried to close. I need some assistance from the BBB to get this matter resolved. Thank you in advance. KFD.

Franchise Payment Network continues to take service fees from my business account, even though I cancelled service with them and they confirmed. The took a $30 service fee from my account on 1/3/23, 2/2/23,3/2/23. I emailed them at ***************************** originally on 1/17/23 indicating I was no longer in business and to cancel. I also asked if they could reverse the fee from January since there were no transactions. Since I didn't get a response, I emailed them again on 1/19/23 and 1/24/23. They didn't respond. I called a few times and finally got through to them on 2/8/23. They emailed me a form to fill out to cancel my account, which I did same day on 2/8/23. I emailed them on 2/9/23 to confirm the received the form, and got a reply back from them on 2/9/23 that simply said "Confirmed!". Then I was charged again on 3/2/23! I called and spoke to Jennifer on 3/6/23 telling her what happened. She told me Martise was handling it but he was not in. She would give him the message. I never heard back from anyone so I emailed again on 3/8/23. They never replied so I emailed again today 3/20/23, and have yet to get a response. I looked up online ******** and see they are doing this to several other companies as well and they have left negative reviews about their similar experience with them.
