    Be careful with this company, it is a scam. I hired their services in March 2023. They offered to repair my credit, I had to pay for 7 months in which I never saw any results. Every month I called to check what was happening, an answering machine always answers you, you leave messages and they never answer you and when they answer you they tell you you have to wait 45 more days for your next round of claims, they tell you that you have to keep an eye on your mail that you are going to receive letters, which in 7 months I only received 2 letters. The letters said that because it is a third-party company it did not have valid licenses. The worst thing is that they make you sign a contract, and when you call your credit card to complain and file a case they tell you that you signed a contract with them and they can't do anything, BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY IT IS A TOTAL SCAM AND YOU SHOULD REPORT IT ON ALL PORTALS SO THAT THEY DO NOT CONTINUE TO SCAM PEOPLE.

    I hired this company to fix my credit in September 2022,, as of today 5/2/2023 I have only received text stating I will be getting a letter from creditors and I have yet to receive any correspondence only text from Credit Point 720. I'm paying 79.99$ a month for text, I have seen their **** and Google responses and all have been 1 star with the same complaints. I have emailed them several times and that's when I get a phone call, I've requested a full refund of what I've paid,im disabled and live on social security disability benefits..I also will be emailing Florida's State Attorney General today..I cannot keep giving money away, and most of the removed items on my credit have been done by me.

    Mr. ******* ********* obtain his initial consultation on 9/13/2022; he electronically signed several documents like DISCLOSURE, AGREEMENT & ACCOUNT COUNT. It wasn’t until 9/28/2023 that Mr. Joaquin Rodriguez wanted to start his service. This means that Mr. ******* ********* had 15 days to thoroughly read & understand from the date signed to the day Mr. ******* ********* uploaded all documents needed to start his service. We apologize for the misunderstood that Mr. ******* ********* has like any other client that has left a one star review as they seriously assume that these errors on credit reports is like “magic”. Credit Points LLC will not upload Mr. ******* ********* personal information, account numbers or anything extra other than what Mr. ******* ********* added himself on this claim but Credit Points LLC will attach Call Logs as proof that Credit Points LLC has contacted Mr. ******* ********* more times that he has tried to answer our calls or return the call to the office. We will also attach results without compromising any personal or sensitive information. Regarding Mr. ******* ********* texts, our CRM has innovative, state of the art different ways to communicate with our clients like texts, emails, personalize portal & also call queue to remind about information regarding their process. Credit Points LLC texts has never been about creditor. It has always been about reminders of results from credit reporting agencies, reminder to check email for informative useful guides & how to access the personalize portal. Even though we explain in the consultation ALL the process, Credit Points LLC truly cares about the understanding for our client’s main reason for the process, is to get incorrect, inexact & unverifiable items corrected or deleted from the client’s credit report under the FCRA. Mr. ******* ********* did not understand that under FCRA, the credit reporting agencies require at least 30 days to have a resolution to his dispute. And with the mailing process time, those results will take longer than 30 days. Mr. ******* ********* has sent by text, email, client portal & talked over phone call that those results come in a plain envelope with just a from PO BOX address to the recipient address. IT WILL NOT SHOW THE NAME OF THE CREDIT REPORTING AGENCY ON THE ENVELOPE. Mr. ******* ********* still thinks those dispute results letters are from us, Credit Points LLC, not from the credit reporting agencies. Last time Credit Points LLC collected any money from Mr. ******* ********* was in 2/22/2023 as we paused his recurring payment & kept on working on his personalize service he contracted us for. All our calls are monitored & recorded for training purposes & Mr. ******* ********* accepted on a call that he has not check his personalize portal with his amazing results. Mr. ******* ********* expressed he is disabled on his claim, but that does not give him the right to do what he is doing;  what he does not know is the amount of content of harassment, racism & intent to harm by publicly writing about others we have gather and this we Credit Points LLC will not tolerate. Mr. ******* ********* cannot agree with Credit Points LLC, but cannot take it against employees and take it very personal. Once results started rolling in, Mr. ******* ********* starting asking the same questions every time he called in the office. As long as Credit Points LLC continues to talk the truth & not what the client wants to hear, we are in a good path. Lastly Mr. ******* ********* writes in his claim items removed on his credit was done by him; if so we need proof if this, as we have proof of matching disputes sent to credit reporting agencies with dates of results as well.

    Mr. ******* ********* claims once again erroneous information. As I mentioned before, all our calls are recorded & monitored, but I cannot send the recording for the calls, but if Mr. ******* ********* allows Credit Points LLC to send them, we will. Additionally, Mr. ******* ********* cannot ask for a refund of what it has been all ready deleted, corrected or repaired in his credit report. There's nothing more as of Today May 17th, 2023 as the last rund of disputes were sent at the beginning of May & under FCRA Mr. ******* ********* will be receiving those results after 30-45 days.
