  I received an email advertisement from Sidity Cream offering a Masterclass that would teach how to:Discharge Your Debt How to Successfully Arbitrate Your Creditors How to Receive a Settlement and Release ($)How to Have Success On the Public Side Without Any 1099's You can learn how to execute a Billing Error Dispute using my strategy of statutory law There are BONUSES being added now that weren't being added before and I can't wait to see you all for this Masterclass.At the end of the class you will be receiving the bonuses we added: Basics of a Trust Secrets of Business Trust Secrets of Social Security Numbers and more!The class was held on 12-7-23 on zoom, ********** the owner only reviewed basic information telling us we could find how to do the things she promised to teach in the class in a different class if we paid more ********** had to join a private group & pay for the other classes to get the information she promised to teach. Additionally, she complained 35 mins of the time she was on zoom, talked for another 25 mins, but didn't teach us anything only advertised where to buy her classes to do the things she promised to teach as mentioned above & was trying to set the record straight for all the people on social media that are complaining about her teaching junk. She did a Q&A at the end for about another 15 mins, but kept answering people to buy her classes & pay for her private membership I didn't learn *************** never provided the additional items she promised in her advertisement nor did she send out any other materials as advertised. She defrauded ****** emailed her on 12-8-23 requesting a full refund since i didn't receive the good & services she was selling, she did not respond. I emailed her a second time on 12-10-23 requesting a refund & giving her an opportunity to process it by 12-12-23, she ignored me, didn't refund my money. I would like a full refund of $87. A student commented it was a 5 min ****** and scammy, see pic

  Hello,

  I have filed a claim of dispute for not receiving goods and services with my bank as well, but ********** could appeal it, so this is why I filed a BBB complaint as well to assure getting remedy from one of the agencies.  My bank reached out to Sidity Cream as well, but until now the dispute is still under investigation. Thank you.
