    Don't deal with this company. They lie about how much it will cost. Made false charges to accounts they are supposed to be paying off and canceling. Great way to treat a blind Vietnam Veteran. Called to cancel there service months ago and they are claiming it's outside the cancellation window.

    Good evening, it saddens us that you've had such a negative experience with our company. However our records indicate a different picture and is why your refund request was denied. You enrolled with our company back on March 11th, 2024. Our team spoke with you a number of different times from then all the way until June 5th, 2024. None of those previous calls were there any hint of a request to cancel. only on the June 5th call did you notify my team that you would be getting a home equity loan to pay off the debt we were already assisting you with. At that point we'd already sent out the gameplan, and necessary paperwork required to assist you. If there was an issue with our services or something we forgot then a refund would be no issue. Even if you chose to cancel earlier than 4 months out we could have done a partial refund but none of those occurred.We never made any false charges, the only charge occurred was the one you signed and authorized on our Agreement that you are now disputing with your creditor.
