I hired Concrete Deign Masters to resurface my carport and patio area on 09/27/2021. The two day job took five days. The President/CEO and General Manager both told me, numerous times that the men were the best in the business. The process was to grind down the got existing painted concrete to bear cement, then spray on a mixture of concrete and a bonding agent with the colors of your choice. The workers were NOT the best in the business! They were unprofessional, and very messy. The job was done haphazardly, they missed areas and there was NO attention to detail. They splattered concrete on the house and over many plants killing the plants. The house was very difficult to clean up. Some of the concrete areas are different colors. I have lots of pictures if needed. I called repeatedly for two months with no customer service at all I finally got a hold of Jonathan M. *****, President and told him with no customer service I guess my warranty is no good either. Finally on the 18th or 19th of Jan. the same crew and the Manager. The Manager agreed the job was shoddy and said they do it all one color or attempt to fix the color miss matches. My wife and I talk it over and decided we did not want them to mess it up even more, or go through another week and the mess again. When I told them I did not want them to mess with it again, They got mad and called Jonathan *****, I explained to him I did not want it massed up more he got very agree. I explained to him he would haven gotten a lot of business from my neighborhood if it was done right, but I would not recommend him, and I would contact the BBB. He laughed and said go ahead, I have nothing to do with the BBB.

Hopefully this will save someone else the agravation and just under $ 4000!
