              This is the second complaint submitted to the BBB on Aspen Dental due to the fact that they have been non-responsive. I will end up lodging a complaint with Orange county should I not get a respond regarding money due to me for the last six months.

              I have had experience with 2 of the Aspen dental offices in central florida and needless to say their practice is a scam. I had 2 different implants done on the lower denture first procedure with 3 mini implants which 2 of the 3 broke in half in my jawbone, their remedy was to do 2 full size titanium implants with even higher cost since it needed to get fixed I reluctantly agreed and now after 4 years of having problem with the denture that never felt comfortable in my mouth the 2 implants broke in half again and my jawbone has become the junkyard of broken implants. They are not willing to take responsibility for their work and want to charge me again full price to do 3 implants now. I realize that some offices are individually owned but the company as a whole has a lot of lawsuits against them and their BBB rating is a big F.
