The nature of our work, combined with the compensation provided, already poses significant challenges and risks. However, it becomes downright demoralizing when personal circumstances, especially those as sensitive as a family emergency, are not given the consideration they deserve.PCI Security's lack of empathy and understanding during my time of need has left a lasting negative impression. I expected more from an organization that deals with security, but sadly, PCI Security fell short in recognizing the basic humanity of its employees. I would caution anyone considering employment with this company to think twice about the potential personal sacrifices you may be forced to make.
