Ruff day bark club sent an email confirming appointments Dec 2nd at 2:43 pm, after I "booked" appointments to see how much the items would cost because they have no pricing on their webpage unless you go through the booking process. Once I saw how expensive it was I called for hours to cancel. One person finally answered. Said they couldn't help me but someone can help me and will call me in an hour. 2 hours goes by. Nobody calls me, I call several times again, then email them at 7:59pm stating "I requested to cancel my appointment not book a new one. I called today and someone said they would cancel my appointment. I do not want to book any services with ruff day bark club because I booked services else where to have my puppy stay with my mother in laws puppies! Please cancel all requests by myself ****** ******* with my dog ******. Thank you. " still received no response back. December 16th I received the 348.75 charge on my credit card (this is the third charge) tried calling them.. they sent me a billing notice in my email so I emailed them back and called them multiple times again in my email i stated " Please stop charging me. I do not wish to use your companies services. These are from old dates and I never dropped my dog off. I called and emailed you guys to tell you to cancel any and all reservations and yet you still charged me for them. I am still waiting on now TWO transactions to be reversed. One for a total of 116.25 and one for a total of 348.75 Please return all my money back to me because I DID NOT use your services. All "bookings" were to receive an estimate bc you only are able to book to be provided an estimate. This place is ******* me off and I'm absolutely sick of the ****. Nobody has answered my phone calls and when they do they can't help me and say someone that can will call me later. That later turned into NEVER. "
