I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to bring to your attention a distressing matter involving the unfortunate demise of my beloved pet at the premises of a small business, and subsequent financial impropriety that I believe warrants investigation and rectification. On November 18 2022 , my pet Kodiak , under the care of The k-9 training academy , suffered an untimely and preventable demise due to what I strongly believe to be negligence on the part of the establishment. Regrettably, I was compelled to bear the financial burden of not only the expenses directly related to my pet's care but also additional costs, which I believe were unjustly imposed upon me. I have attempted to engage with The k-9 training academy in a constructive dialogue to address this matter and seek a fair resolution. However, my efforts have been met with resistance, leaving me with no recourse but to seek assistance from your esteemed office. I kindly request that your office launch an inquiry into this situation, with the aim of ascertaining the veracity of my claims and ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to rectify the situation. Specifically, I am seeking: Full reimbursement of the fees associated with my pet's care, including but not limited to veterinary bills, medications, and related expenses. Refund of the additional costs that were unfairly assigned to me. I trust in the dedication and impartiality of your office in matters of consumer protection and fair business practices, and I am confident that a thorough investigation will reveal the gravity of this situation. Enclosed, please find copies of relevant documentation, including invoices, receipts, and any correspondence exchanged with the academy . I am more than willing to provide any further information or cooperate in any way necessary to facilitate this process. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
