      The company called "Better Path Financial". Two representative came to our house , with an excuse of "following up on information i had sent to them". I have never ever reached out/search/requested any information from this company. It’s creepy for these people to come to my home I didn’t open the door I stuck my head out of my second floor window and they insisted I come down and see what’s on the iPad screen but I didn’t so they left a note on my door. STOP THIS CRAP! WE DO NOT WANT ANYTHING WITH YOUR COMPANY. This will give your company a lot of issues if they come on my property again im calling the police for them trespassing . It’s 2023 a lot of weird things going on in the world for 2 strangers with your information to come knocking on your door not a way for a business to operate.

      Yuri, we completely understand where you are coming from. Just to clarify our company sends out mailers to individuals that match a certain criteria. Since the literature often gets overlooked if a local representative has an appointment in the area they they do a curtsey to just stop by to explain a little further. Our representatives intention was not to disturb you or make you feel uncomfortable.  We have been specializing in face to face for a couple of years now. Our clients appreciate being able to sit down with a local representative to go over options. With that being said we understand that not everyone feels the same way. You have been fully removed from our list and will not receive any sort of communication from us in the future. Thank you for reaching out, we appreciate your feedback.

      A representative from “A Better Path” showed up unsolicited at our house and told my husband that she was following up with me on a consultation request. I never made any request and never contacted this company before, so I do not appreciate their coming to our home, especially without any invitation or appointment. I would like to be removed from their mailing and contact lists immediately, thanks

      *******, we apologize for the disturbance. Just to clarify if the representative was un clear, the representative was just following up on a mailer we had send out to your residence. Since most people over look it and we have a local office, in between appointments representatives will stop by explain further just to put a face and name to the brand. We understand this approach did not sit well with you, so we apologize for that. We have completely removed you from our system and you will no longer receive any sort of communication from us.       2 people from Better Path Financial came knocking at my door asking for me by name. My husband answered the door & they told him that I signed up for debt consolidation (which I never did) & they proceed to say that they were following up on my communication to them. THAT IS SCARY. I told my husband that I never signed up for such a thing and I’ve never spoken to this company. This is the scariest thing ever. I thought it was a cult that’s been targeting me. I do NOT appreciate this type of business. This was very unprofessional and IS very unprofessional of any company to do. This is nothing different than telemarketing harassment. DO NOT EVER show up to my house again. If you do, we will be having a different conversation titled “you need Jesus”. You are harassing people & that is not appreciated. You must have paid for your 100% grade with BBB because these complaints hold a lot of weight against your company.

      ***, we would like to apologize for your unpleasant experience with our company. We are currently conducting an investigation on the matter. It sounds like there was a misunderstanding, what the representatives were trying to convey to your husband was that our company send you out a mailer and they were just following up on it. We apologize that our representatives were unclear. Based on our records it looks like you received a mailer from us on 12/28. Since most people overlook the literature, if the representative assigned to the area is close by they will stop by and introduce themselves. We understand that this approach did not sit well with you, so we do apologize for that, it was not our intent to scare you. We have removed you from our system completely and you will no longer receive any sort of communication from us in the future. As for the BBB grade you can refer to BBB website for that, they have rating elements and guidelines they follow as to how they come up with the ratings. As our page shows, we do value feedback and always respond to complaints and as a company like to improve as much as we can. Thank you for reaching out and we wish you the best.

      Two employees, who state they represent Better Path Financial showed up announced to my property, ignoring the property signs which clearly state the property is being recorded and no trespassing. I have never communicated with this company, nor do I want to do business with this company. I really do not appreciate your employees coming to my property uninvited. Do not respond that you were only following up on a flyer which probably was overlooked in the mail. Thats **. Take me off your list and do not contact me again. This is Texas. Do not trespass. Signs are clearly posted.

It is against our company's policy to visit homes that have a no trespassing sign on the property. Our company's protocol is to knock on the gate but not to enter the premise. Then to leave some marketing collateral behind to let you know we stopped by. We appreciate your feedback and have addressed this matter with the local manager in San Antonio, Texas. After further review, we found that the representative has spoken to you in front of your gate and has removed you off our data base immediately on the day of this encounter (November 23rd, 2022).       A representative showed up at my house requesting for me by name to my family members. He was persistent, I told him I was not interested over 5 times but continued talking! This was truly bothersome and embarrassing and annoying, I never invited these people to my residence. Do NOT Show up here again!

      A representative from this company has been coming to my home everyday for the past five days. I have never received mail, email, or phone calls from this company. I have not requested services from this company. I do not want anyone from this company coming to my home, nor do I wish to receive mail, email, phone calls, or any correspondence going forward. These persistent attempts are annoying, and also disconcerting.

      This company stalked my husband and violated our neighborhood's "No Soliciting" convenant multiple times. They continuously ignore the signs posted at all entrances. They have come multiple times to my home asking for my husband stating they're "following up on mailed information". I told them previously we were not interested. We have never engaged in any business with this company. They came TWICE on 10/20/2022 and the second time they waited near the neighborhood for my husband to come home and he noticed them, so he circled around the block and they followed him, then after he circled back, he quickly parked in our garage. They then came down the street and parked in front of our house and came up to our door. I told them we weren't interested again. I have that on video. We ask this company and it's representatives to cease and desist contact. We do not want any further contact by mail, phone, or in person. This is threatening and harassing behavior that is unacceptable for any business on any level.

The reason why the representative was in your neighborhood because they are already working with another client in that area. That being said, our goal is simply to introduce ourselves and leave additional information behind so that way people can match a face to a company. Although it is clear you do not appreciate this approach we have found that the bulk of the individuals that we come into contact with do truly appreciate the opportunity to speak face to face with a real human. Also our official policy is for our representatives to avoid homes marked "No Soliciting". You have been removed from our list and we will be addressing your concerns with the manager of the office in your location. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The streets in our neighborhood are PRIVATE and there are NO SOLICITING signs posted at all entrances of the neighborhood by our HOA. Our HOA has instructed all residents to call police and report if your representatives begin soliciting to homes that have not agreed to a visit.

      This company showed up at my house asking for my daughter (who has t lived here in over ten years) unsolicited a while back and I told them to go away and not come back. I also contacted the company and they apologized and said it wouldn't happen again. Today 10/10/22 they returned, asking for me. I didn't open the door but spoke to them on my Ring camera and told them once again to go away and not return. Even if I needed a debt relief company (which I don't thank God) I certainly wouldn't deal with two random guys driving around in a truck.

Just to give you a backstory, you were removed from our mailing list on June 18th 2021 the day the representative was in your neighborhood. When we sent out new mailers this month the system sent you one again by mistake. We are investigating why this error has occurred so we can avoid this happening in the future.       Yesterday, John from Better Path Financial showed up at my door unannounced. I was taken aback and it was kind of creepy how he knew all my info. If they had tried contacting me via mail, email, whatever, I would have responded had I wanted assistance but I did not. For them to just show up unannounced is unprofessional while soliciting their services. This is not the right way to get new customers. Although John was very polite and respectful it was still ackward and creepy. I'd appreciate Better Path taking me off their list. If I need financing help, then maybe I'll seek you!
