I signed up for this driving school that promotes that you can get your CDL but it is all a scam. They forged my signature for an over the phone payment. I showed up on my orientation date on 4/18/2022 to their office and they told me to wait outside that my instructor will go get me. I waited for 40 minutes outside and went back in asking where was the instructor that no one has came to get me they told me "sorry we will take you to him" they walked me over to the truck he was in just on his phone and some other student was there and he had me just stand there for another 30+ min I would say without acknowledging I was there. At that point I'm fed up then other students there start telling me how that place doesn't take us out on the road (which is a requirement by law if you are ELDT) eldt is those who got their permit after February 7th. So from right then they breached the so called contract they have saying that I can get my CDL by attending their school. The next day I call them to tell them I can't make it back because the school is too far and I wasn't happy with the experience all they said was that they will give me more time to drive. Mind you the trucks are usually broke down with worn out tires. I told her I wanted to speak with the owner and I never heard from them. I did a dispute with my bank and they gave me a credit but then reversed it because they said they gave me school material which if the material is the videos the students pass each other through ******** then wow that sure is a shame. So last week 6/9/2022 I look at my bank account negative I called my bank they told me to call them and I spoke with the secretary she told me the same thing and I told her I would involve lawyers if they don't return my money & to let me speak with the owner she (Evelyn) then said the owner told her to tell me they have a great team of lawyers & that they never lost. I call everyday and no answer.Initial Complaint

I completed my CDL trainihg with this school in May 2021 and now I'm in the process of application of a new job and my employer requires the certificate of completion from the school so I asked them for it and they kept sayin they will provide it to me but they never did. I need that certificate ASAP but they are ignoring my request
