On 5/23, at 10:30, My 16 year old, Jayzen, paid $60 for a road test for his drivers license. He was asked what PETT meant. No clue. The instructor said that the driving school had made up a slogan for “on the hill parking”. We were told that he did not have to take the school lessons in order to take the test but was expected to know this abbreviated slogan. He immediately flunked and was not given the rest of the test. We should have been informed of all slogans as these are not in the FL drivers manual. It was a scam to get $60 and I was outraged. I want a free test with no slogans or a refund. I am a senior citizen on Social Security and I am his guardian. This was not right.Initial Complaint

On November 6th, I purchased an ADI ******* course through the United safety council, I was charged twice for a course and requested a refund. I was told it would take 5 days for my refund to process and it has been three weeks. Over the course of the three weeks, I have been in contact with them and have been told the same thing with no resolution.Business response

We have audited our payment files and have found that the customer is correct and was charged twice for the class. We have issued a full refund for the secondary charge and contacted the customer via email regarding the refund. We are very sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused to this customer.
