    I recently took my device in for repair at an authorised ******* repair centre while on holiday in orlando (in from the UK) and was charged $460 to have the front screen repaired.. the repair included a completely new front & back screen, new battery & new frame.. I paid $460 to give me peace of mind that the repair was going to be carried out at the highest standard and also to keep the device in warranty. Asurion (ubreakifix) (7600 Dr Phillips Blvd #96, Orlando, FL 32819, United States) is the place I took it too on 20/07/2022. they had the phone maybe 3 hours then emailed me to go pick it up (see attachments) when I got to the repair shop I noticed straight away that the phone was not getting any signal from the sim card & just said NO SIM/emergency calls only. I questioned this and was told by asurion that I should contact ******* when I got back home to the UK.. I subsequently had no signal on my phone for the rest of the holiday, as soon as I got home I got in touch with ******* via a live chat who booked me in with WEFIX (took another week) who came out to my house took the phone to the van & done a series of pre repair checks/tests on the phone (as standard) and then informed me that it was "the worst repair he had ever seen" that the phone had completely failed the waterproof tests & that the test on the SUB PBA (charging port & sim tray modules) had failed which meant that it was either for the wrong region or that the modules were put in damaged, also the screws had been put back in too tightly leaving the metal board bent and that I was lucky that I hadn't got any water near it because it would have been completely broken. The back cover still had white tape over the sticky residue which was meant to keep the phone waterproof but had not been peeled off.. (see attachments for photo) WEFIX have informed me that they have also sent a report to ******* on their findings. I have been in contact with Samsung who advised to contact yourselves and asurion

    I went to the store on Monday de 5th and left my cellphone that had a problem with the back camera because of a hit, I told them that I had up to Saturday at 1:30 to have the phone fixed, they told me that the service was subject to get the piece. I told them that if they were not able to fix it if I could just pick the phone even if they were not able to make it and they told me that there was no problem. Saturday came by and *********** told me that in the time he was fixing the phone he damage the frontal display and that they would be able to fix it but it would take 39 minutes more, I did have a rush because I live in ****** so I had to be at the airport at 2:30. They give me the phone with the fix but they damage the display of the screen touch and now I can unblock the phone with my finger or face. They do not answer the phone and they are not marking any awareness of the issue and this fix was not even in the first issue that my phone had. 3 days have passed without an answer and the company is not making any effort to get back to us with a solution.
