I've used Embroidery Solutions for several orders over the last 16 years. Based on my most recent order for our organization, I have to say I am extremely upset with both the customer service, communication and integrity of the company. Half of our clothing order was incorrectly embroidered with the wrong design and not the one we had provided in our purchase order request and email correspondence. The company acknowledged the mistake and we requested that the correct order be manufactured as replacements. We even offered to return all the incorrectly embroidered items. After sending numerous emails over several weeks with the response "we are working on it", all inquiries into our replacement order (phone and emails) have now gone unanswered for the last five weeks. As a result we will have to work with our credit card companies to recoup our monies. I'm sure that they could deliver an acceptable product but when quality issues go wrong on their end, you better be prepared that you may never see your replacement product or a refund again. The email string outlining the correspondence between myself and the company is attached. This does not inlcude the numerous phone calls I mad every week which went unanswered.
