On November 08, 2023, I went on to Marketplace on ******** and inquired about a Skid Steer priced at $21,000.00. I called the number and spoke to a *******. I negotiated the price to $20,000.00. I then received an email from *********************** signed by ***************************, Chief Accountant with the contract. I emailed contract back and was given 72 hours to obtain funds to wire. The next day I informed them I would like to proceed with the purchase, and they provided me with the wiring instruction to *********** Due to November 10, 2023 being observed as Veterans Day I wired the funds of $20,000.00 to ********** from my bank on November 13, 2023. There were several emails and phone calls during the process. Once funds were received on 11/13/2023 by KBC Construction i was emailed a message from *************************** advising me that my paper work would be notarized within 48 hours. The next day 11/14/2023 I was then emailed again by *************************** letting me know that my paper work was completed and the the transport of the Skid Steer would start the next morning. I asked for copies of the paper work and was told due to security reasons they do not email paper work. On 11/15/2023 I received another email advising me that my 287D Skid Steer along with my notarized paper work was in transit and estimated delivery was Monday 11/20/2023. I was provided with the driver information ( ************************* ************) and he would contact me 2 hours prior to arrival . On Monday 11/20/23 I phoned to obtain status, come to my surprise phone number was not in service. I proceeded to email them. *************************** replied telling me that they were installing a new receptionist. I then received a call from ******* advising me that the Skid ***** would be delivered the next day 11/21/20223. I also received an email guaranteeing delivery on 11/21/23. I did not receive delivery. Have tried contacting them without success. I have filed a 2 reports to Law enforcement as well.Customer response

I purchased a ************** skid steer over the internet and paid with a bank wire. They told me that it would be delivered on Wednesday but then they changed it to Friday last week when they didnt show up I called and no answer I called again a little later and they blocked my phone number. Today I used my wifes cell phone and got a answer from a woman her name was ************************* she said she would check on it and call back,she never called and when I called her back they had blocked my wifes number. Im sure that it is a scam and my money is gone
