      I bought a three night stay to The Orleans Las Vegas for Nov, 23, 24, and 25, 2023 thought my Employment Disney"s LifeMart and than 3rd party Tickets at work. I had to leave one day earlier and I called Tickets at Work to get my refund for the day I did not stay. They were not willing to help me and asked for the front desk person I talked to the day when i checked out. I told them, I did not know. They told me the would look into it and let me know in 72 hours. I called them back after a couple of days. Ticketsatwork said they called The Orleans back and asked the person if there was any reason that i could not have stay the day. They told them there was none. First of all I did not go into detail why I had to leave beause it is no bodies business. When I calles Ticketsatwork they treating me like a criminal and asked me at least 10 questions, when they already had all my information, like "that e-mail dosent match the one you used for this account". They kept giving me the run around and i was getting so upset on the phone that my nose started bleeding. I have autoimmune disease and my body was shaking. All over a $100 dollars.I used my ****** credit card for the stay. I ask to speak to there supervisor and they refused. I will Never use there service again. Nancy *******

      As a 3rd party this final sale booking comes from a hotel supplier. We have a hotel team that has been reaching out to see if the 1-day refund can be given. We appreciate the guest's patience on this, but we are waiting for a response from the supplier on this matter.

      I made a purchase for 2 Dirtwire tickets - $120 each showing December 21st at Area 15. I checked Area 15 and they have Entheo playing that night. The email from Undercover Tourist showed Dirtwire, and the .pdf with the ticket QR's was named Dirtwire. However, when I opened the .pdf the two tickets were QR codes to Entheo. Entheo tickets are only $44 per ticket. The worst part was the "customer service" at Undercover Tourist. The guy bold faced lied to me about several things, and put me on hold several times totaling a lot of minutes. I finally called him out as a fraudster after he refused to refund me and told him I would be writing this comment and refuting the charges - which I did. He called back about 10 minutes later trying tell me that he would get me the right tickets, but Dirtwire doesn't plan at Area 15 this year or any time soon. After going round in circles again, I told him his only option is to refund me. He said he'd escalate it, but I have no faith in anything anyone from Undercover Tourist says. Stay away from Undercover Tourist!

      I made a purchase for 5 tickets to Knott's Berry Farm while at the gate. After my $300 purchase, I was told that the tickets were for the water park and not for general admission. I immediately called Undercover Tourist customer service and was told that my tickets were not refundable but I could purchase new ones for the park. The website did not distinguish tickets between the water park or general admission, they were just sold as general admission. Talking to customer service was a waste of time and took over two hours with several different people. None of them were willing to help they just kept trying to sell me more tickets. I filed a complaint with my bank who also advised me that there was nothing they could do. This was my first and last purchase with them. I wish I could load a picture of what the ticket purchase looks like because at no point was I trying to purchase water park tickets, which are actually listed under Soak City, not Knott's Berry Farm.

      We apologize but the website back then would give the correct information for what the item is for, or we would at this moment have hundreds of concerns about this matter. However, we are investigating what was listed on our website to make sure everything is accurate. Since all info from the partner is listed if there were any technical issues the park would have been able to resolve the matter "in house." Our staff is looking into this ticket matter to see if anything was possibly displayed in error.

      This company is horrible they do not honor contracts i have to take them to court to get my reimbursement that was premised to be processed within 48 hours after receiving my receipts. This was August 12th 2023 I sent all the receipts in on August 14th 2023 it is now October 27th 2023 and I haven't received over $600.00 in reimbursement they owe me. This is all in an email from them plus it was on the phone my 29 year old son was a witness to the call. I am disgusted by the way they handle customer service. I have emailed them several times and called them more than i can count. each time its 72 hr high priority well I guess they will like paying my day off of work for court my attorney fees court costs plus emotional and financial distress, They left me stranded to find my own hotel after they over booked mine. They said they found one and didn't book it and someone else got it. Then they said we can't help you, but if you find a room on your own we will reimburse you the difference plus any additional costs incurred i had to drive miles out of my way i almost missed the concert that I paid hundreds of dollars for tickets. With no place to sleep with a migraine and hundreds of miles away from home.

      As a 3rd party we apologize the hotel was overbooked. We have been working directly with the hotel supplier to see what all can be done with the reimbursement of what the customer paid out of pocket. We have managers working on this matter and we will advise the customer on everything we find out from the hotel supplier on this matter.

      Do not buy from this company at all!! All they care about is your money. I had a flight that was cancelled and was rebooked on another flight the next day. I couldn't "shift" the hotels forward by one day online, so I figured I'd rebook for the correct dates and then explain the situation on the phone and get the original bookings refunded. After all, I still planned on staying at the hotels and only wanted to change the dates by one day. They refuse to refund the money, claiming it is "non-refundable", even though my rental car was also non-refundable as well, but the rental car company was understanding of the situation and cancelled the original reservation after I explained that I had rebooked a new reservation for the correct dates. Ticketsatwork was the complete opposite and kept making excuses how they can't refund and they don't want to give me my money back. So long story short, I basically paid double for hotels. I would give this company 0 stars if I could. Definitely avoid at all costs!!!

As a 3rd party these bookings come directly from the hotel supplier and our hotel team spends hours working on these issues to see if a non-refundable room can be refunded. Please provide us an order number and we will gladly check and see if the hotel and/or supplier is agreeing to take care of the issue. We will also see if there is anything we can do on our end as well. Thank you.

      Purchased tickets for an event in a certain section and row. Received a phone call and email within a few hours letting me know the tickets I purchased were not available. They offered other tickets in a different area of the arena and different row. The original seats that I purchased were front row seats, they were unable to replace the seats with other front row seats. The first offer they presented, they actually wanted to charge me to change the seats. This is a terrible business practice. You sold inventory you didn't have and then wanted the customer to pay for it to change it. They eventually refunded the charge to change the tickets. The purchase was the same day as the event, so I accepted the offer for the new tickets. Customer service reps could to explain the policy regarding why they are selling tickets they don't have. Memberdeals.com is what GOVX uses to sell tickets. I suggest GOVX finds a different vendor to facilitate their ticket sales. I will not be using GOVX again until they change ticketing vendors. I asked to speak with a supervisor/manager, was denied. There are no FAQs or any information on their website about replacement tickets being sold. I recommend they resolve these issues as I definitely could see someone pursuing litigation on matters like this.

      SCAM!!! I booked flight on June 5th, Got email for confirmation. And my father went to airport at 11 pm, and was told they can't not check in. So I called. and It's turn out they cancelled the flight in June. First representative told me they have been calling me multiple times and left message and also email me. I told them I didn't receive any phone call or email. the representative first told me there's no manager at night, And then transfer me to the manager after 30 mins . The manager told me the same thing. and also the voicemail was full, or not activated. yet despite thorough checks of both my inbox and spam folder, I have not received any such email. Additionally, I have carefully examined my voicemail messages, and none of the calls appear to be from your team.

      will never again use memberdeals.com (military discount site), to purchase tickets again. I bought the tickets August 4th for a family recreation trip on Friday 8/18, After Hawaiian water park in Waco cut their days to Saturday and Sunday's only this week, website didnt reflect this change in schedule. Memberdeals.com refused to give me my $265, After emailing them this was their condensenting sorry excuse: I am writing to follow up on your previous inquiry regarding Order #32419842. It is my pleasure to further assist you. Your requests are very important to us. For this reason, we have exhausted every avenue in advocacy of your refund request. Regrettably, the refund is unable to be issued. The tickets are still valid until September 10,2023. As this purchase was made as a final sale product, we are unable to cancel, modify or exchange the tickets in any way. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

      We apologize but the guest bought a final sale daily pass. Once this is booked it is considered a final sale. As a 3rd party we have tried to connect with the partner to see if a refund can be provided and that response was rejected. The tickets are still usable, and we have not way in our system to cancel them.

      Another dissatisfied employee of ******* **** I placed an order for a rental car and the car was to be picked up today, 8/9. I learned that I have COVID on 8/8. I immediately called American Airlines (who gave me a credit to use in the future). I then called (Beneplace). We were at the hospital calling them. We were on hold for 2 hours, with no rep to come to the phone. We then called on yesterday and was on hold for 1 hours and a half, with no answer. I finally got the strength to call back today and was told that I didn't call back 72 hours before the trip, so they will have to take majority of my money (keep in mind- I paid for this rental up front to get the discount.). I have involved my employer (who has mentioned that this is not the first issue they have had with Beneplace and are revisiting things. This is a huge company who brings a lot of business to Beneplace and it's only fair that they are aware of the compliants we, the employees, have. The rep- Lesly ******** *******- has put in a request to the higher powers to evaluate my case and I'm doing the same on my end, with the higher powers. For one- NO ONE should have to wait on line for two or even one hours before someone comes to help them. Perhaps Beneplace should implement the same recourse that American Airlines has- If hold time is more than 30 mins, you should be given the option to have Beneplace call you back. BELIEVE THE REVIEWS- When these companies contract their customer service out to foreign - non- English speaking reps- you get poor customer service, and machanical representation, instead of a person, who is considerate of the situation. You won't just find complaints on BBB, but do your research, they do not practice fair practices.

      We apologize but as a 3rd party this final sale booking come directly from a rental supplier. We found an order to which the guest called us on the 9th of this month for order ********. As a result, the supplier provided us a full refund to which the guest will see this in 1 to 3 business days. If they are referring to another order, they are more than welcomed to let us know.

      Do not purchase anything through working advantage. If anything goes wrong, it is nearly impossible to get a refund. Even if you pay extra for refundable tickets. They will claim they are a 3rd party and that only the Airline (in my case), can refund the ticket. THEN, if working advantage receives a refund from the Airline, event, park, etc., they keep it. When you call their customer service for help, they will put you on hold until you give up.
